Same, though I would argue that the only "rule" of MGTOW is not committing to women. In my opinion, MGTOW can still visit prostitutes and engage in one night stands/have fuckbuddies. If you want to go Monk mode however, that is perfectly fine as well (only blue pill manginas will shame monks, real MGTOW don't).
