The fact that men think having to go to their office job is such a tough, difficult manly-man thing to do really shows how spoiled they are lmfao. Women raise kids, manage a household and hold down a job and we don’t act like we’re fighting off an army every day

“Start showing men the respect they deserve” is when the mask really comes off. Gives me chills— you can hear the violence and misogyny in his tone. He’s clearly angry because he feels entitled to women and doesn’t like them not tripping over themselves to make him comfortable and/or make themselves easier targets to give himself a sense of power. I’m convinced the reason a lot of men get so angry about methods women use to protect themselves is because they don’t want to lose the feeling of pow…

Something I have had to learn the hard way is that men will never put up with the same shit they put us through. I have stayed with men who consistently disrespected me so long as they “apologized,” only for them to cut me off entirely because of a minor issue on my part. They don’t show us forgiveness, because we aren’t important to them. They don’t value connections with us; they value themselves and their own pleasure. We continue to fall for the idea that forgiveness builds relationships whe…

They aren’t necessarily “tradwives” but I see so many tik tokers repeating that “a high value woman has nothing to do with her career. Men don’t care about your money or your degrees.” I agree that many of them don’t, but that’s because they’re misogynistic and view you as just a possession and not a multifaceted being. Why would I want to attract men like that? It’s pushing the narrative that we should just accept men who don’t truly view us as equals. Even though I’m a bit jaded and genuinely …

YES. He had supposedly “already stopped trying” and “we were over” but continued using me until he found a new girl :)

He didn’t intend to hurt you, he was just indifferent as to whether or not he did. Your feelings were never taken into consideration at all.

I’ve gone on a couple of these dates, both of which were only suggested after I refused to go to their house or let them come to mine. And both times, they tried to coerce me into their apartments by lying: after having a coffee they said they’d “show me a good view” and then as we went back down from the top floor of a building they stopped at the floor they ~surprise~ lived on. Never again.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
