Ah, I see - and civilians are just women, right? No men? If a man isn't of fighting age he doesn't exist? Where did I ever say that? i am just commenting on Americans thinking theyre the ones who suffer the most during war, whether it be their soldiers or women, when that is hardly true if you even begin to look at their victims, men or women.

Yea, in that case it would be no as Americans are brainwashed to suck soldier dick like it's their patriotic duty. Even during the Vietnam war, other than a few protestors ranting out against soldiers, a lot of the stories like 'vet's getting spit on' are myths with no verifiable sources of it ever happening.

That still sounds a lot better than what their victims are left to deal with. http://costsofwar.org/iraq-10-years-after-invasion

Every black vet up until a few decades ago. Hell, Nazi POWs were treated better in the states than black vets. More than 4,000 German prisoners of war were held in prison camps in 45 states in the United States during World War II. According to many accounts, the food was good and the housing was frequently better than that for black soldiers. The ranking German officer at one camp was assigned a house, a car, and a driver. POWs at Camp Clinton in Mississippi reported the scores of their sportin…

That is as stupid as saying that soldiers are the primary victims of war when the reality is that it's the civilians.

Those arent stereotypes though they are laws enacted by and supported by the citizens of Texas. I have no doubt that most Texans on the internet here lean left and probably dont support those laws but the majority of your state does and consistently votes for similar laws and the politicians that support such legislation. I didnt say everybody or even anybody from Texas is backwards, simply that the state as a whole is backwards when compared to most other states.

Sorry but any state that forces girls who get abortions to take a ultrasound first, teaches creationism alongside evolution, and executes the mentally ill is pretty fucking backwards if you ask me

Oh that makes sense then. CS/compE/programming is faux engineering ugly neck beards get into to feel smart just because they know how to blippity blorp on a computer all day. Its a low value career that is easy to learn and get into and is laughed at by those in real engineering fields. It attracts low value men with no friends and most likely lifelong virgins who jump on any pussy that shows them a bit of attention. so he is prolly dating within his league by co-habitating with a land whale sin…

Because without US support their dictatorship governments would be over thrown by people who want actual freedom and are sick of being exploited, whether by mullahs or US corporations. See Iran, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain...

Am I? I would be happier if we would simply pay a fair price through proper trade agreements for it, even if it does make gas $10 a gallon, rather than simply steam rolling any country that doesn't want to allow our corporations to exploit their resources and people. Also I haven't owned/driven a car in over 8 years, ride my bike or skateboard pretty much everywhere, haven't eaten meat in over 10 years, and work as hard as I can to live what I preach. Even if I didn't do any of those things I st…

I'd rather have them not under either Taliban or US military/puppet rule. I, and many of the Afghan refugees I have spoken to in Iran though will agree that Taliban rule was better than the shit storm they have now.

Women who lost their babies didn't lose their babies while helping to destroy countless lives. Do americans really not understand what the fuck their soldiers really do or do you just not care because those being slaughtered are 'filthy Arabs'??

Ignorant? If I was ignorant I would be blindly sucking soldiers dicks like every other mouth-breather on this site. Not only did I grow up as a civilian in a warzone (thus having actually seen war first hand from the side of the oppressed rather than the aggressors) but I have extensively studied US military history as well while I was a political science major. However, believe it or not, some of us are actually of the mindset that all US citizens should serve in some way I absolutely believe t…

You can consider yourself whatever you want, however only an idiot who failed basic logic claims they are anti-war yet supports the very people who volunteer to fight the wars you claim to be against. If I killed myself the world would lose someone who actually produces things that help people and makes the world a better place, but every time a US soldier kills themselves the world is better off with one less mentally imbalanced lunatic who has only brought death and destruction to this world.

As a person who struggled to put himself through college without resorting to playing a direct role in invading piss poor countries and helping kill/torture civilians I find it pretty appalling that there even is charity for those who did such disgusting things. How come there are no/hardly any charities to help your victims?

Take your kids, by the sounds of it they would be better off with you, in a lot of countries your wife wont be able to touch you.

Grab your kids and take them with you. From the sounds of it their lives would be a lot better away from their selfish mother.

Seriously, if I was ever in such a situation I would take my kids and go back to Iran where my ex wouldn't be able to touch me or the kids until she fucking hits rock bottom due to no support and shit settles down. If you have dual citizenship, or family in any other country I would take your kids and GTFO ASAP.

You have to work really hard to be more of a victim than someone killed in combat. Not really a victim when they volunteer to fight in it. More of a bi-product, victims are those who had no choice.

I've noticed the only people who ever claim that the US used to be so great/better than it is today are well to do white kids, most likely the same ones who are in every thread about crimes committed by black people, writing entire thesis's on how blacks are prone to violence and rape because they are black.

These men are being pushed culturally to join the army Well then maybe we should begin to shift the culture by spreading the truth about the military and not blindly worshiping them or pretending they are some sort of hero or that anything they did was honorable so they dont join. Also, only fools buy into peer pressure.

I dunno, someone should try this. For science of course.

Not if the property is intended to be public space. If he doesnt want to serve food to blacks then have a dinner party at your house where you charge your guests.

Sure, if you go to a liquor store or maybe a dive bar. I live in SF though and even at shithole bars the cheapest beers are typically $4-$5 and mixed drinks easily over $10-$15

You're absolutely right, I am. I am also the type of person who wouldn't set foot inside a restaurant with a "whites only" sign. If anything I think it would help to mark racist bigots instead of having them discriminate using sneakier tactics like the ones outlined towards the end of the article. It would brand that business as racist and anyone who didn't share those views would not support the business on that principle. Would it offend people? Hell yeah it would but there's really nothing wr…

Since I was a little boy I've never understood why girls wear skirts instead of guys, it would seem more rational for guys to wear it since their balls hang, meanwhile pants for girls since they dont get bothered by tight things on their vag. Im straight and not a cross dresser or anything either if that matters, it's just not logical.

So by your logic it is okay to kill foreigners as long as your own people have a it a little better?
/r/MensRights07/04/11 02:14 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
