| 2 | Validation and Feeling goodYeah fueling motivation is good as long as it's not their only source of motivation because in social media it's like if you make a controversial statement on something that isn't even related to exercising or promoting a brand you think is good and the majority of people hate it, you may invite a lot of hate in your pics even though you are ripped. If you only long for those likes and comments, you are also equally as likely to be depressed by lack of likes or negative comments even though they don't mean anything significant.
