8	Is it time to punish false accusers? Yes, but this is tricky ground. The accuser must be proven beyond a doubt to have lied or falsified information with intent to harm. It can not be a "failed to convict" is an automatic reverse conviction. I would argue in needs to be a whole separate trial. I'm still not entirely clear how this would work in my head.
