8	Universities need to stop suspending students who are being accused of sexual misconduct until they are proven guilty. They also should have the right to stay anonymous until their convictions. At least this student won the first battle and he is now planning to seek damage over false allegations. Technically, u/tearsofsadness is correct. -1	Feminists want to get rid of statutes of limitations for rape That can happen without getting the law changed. This law would just allow clear cases of rapists to get convicted even after a few years, so I don't get why that's a bad thing, because dna evidence may take years to process and the perpetrators are only likely to be convicted if there is hard evidence like dna or have witnesses. Since DNA must be collected with 96 hours, it's unlikely you'll be even indicted years later if this is a false accusation.
