0	Never made sense to me I don't mean that it's a complete replacement for cleaning, just that it helps prevent an infection, which is better safe than sorry, it also exposes more of the tip, increasing pleasure during sex. Also for girls it is pure mutilation just to remove pleasure during sex, so they will avoid it, it was developed by muslims.
