I'm actually at a loss for words. This seems like an absolute shit show of people who are fucking assholes. In my group of friends, if someone was bad mouthing someone right in front of us and being deliberately disrespectful, the group would be like "what the fuck is wrong with you?". Are these people not mutual friends of yours? If he is verbally attacking you and putting you down, and you are sitting there silently ignoring him or continuing meaningful conversation with others, he should look…

Never anything wrong with reading a book thats for sure. See if anything resonates just don't treat any book like its a bible. They all have flaws, see what resonates with you and who you want to be and use it. You might not be able to become the super funny and entertaining guy you seem to want to be, and I think thats ok. You know what old men have? Confidence. Stoicism. Experience. All very sexy traits. Focus on those and enhance those parts of your personality. Then try to be funny. If a gir…

I often find that religious concerns are the hardest to thoroughly gauge. Some people subscribe that no LMR is unbeatable, I disagree. You gotta genuinely ask yourself based on how much of her you know if she is a virgin or if someone has tapped that before. If she is a virgin, it might be genuine LMR and you might not be able to beat it. Religion is powerful like that. It can really change the playing field. If not, then you can start analyzing where you fucked up. "You're asking if I want to h…

If you have a problem with me settle it right now, or are you not man enough?" Violence is for cavemen and not worth the risk of death or a prison sentence EVER. Only ever use violence as a means to defend your life not to try and get some douche to stop saying mean things to you.

Yeah this is what I assumed. If you are a top 5% male its probably an ok deal for average joe its a losing situation I'd imagine. Thanks for confirming.

I don't think any of these things would even remotely be considered "core" TRP. At it's core, TRP is only about being the greatest person you can be. That includes learning about the reality of the dating/mating game between men and women. Other than that, its your own personal sauce. I am sure there are some racists that are TRP and there are probably some Christians as well. TRP does not present a set of views that it considers "good" or even "moral". There is no morality built into TRP, some …

First world problems for sure mate. Just take a month to yourself and see how it/you feel. Not rocket science. That said, it's normal to not want to give up plates. It is in our nature to be "group animals". If you weren't part of a tribe, you died and your genes died with you. It's normal to not want to give up your toys. It's only a problem if your life is being consumed by the ache and toil of not wanting to lose your toys and you start begging your toys and crying because you lost a toy. I'm…

1) Acquire friends. 2) Go to lots of parties with these friends. 3) Sleep around with women at the parties with these friends. 4) Drink a lot. This is a bizarre question. You will never have a life exactly like college, because college is college. Doesn't mean you can't go out on the weekends and have a good time.

Far left winger here on most topics. Curious what are some of political things people have said that you don't like?

I mean nothing you did isn't correct from a "logical" perspective. Logically, she should feel safer in a committed relationship. But women don't work on logic. Men do. You have to look at the relationship critically and try to be brutally honest with yourself because we do not know the intricate day to day details and nuances that you do. Is she a virgin? Is she jerking you around on purpose and PURPOSEFULLY dangling sex in front of you? She is either jerking you around and getting all the commi…

Well you fucked up from the first time she put up LMR and you rewarded her with a long term commitment. That's the equivalent of petting and playing with your puppy as he shits all over the house. She now knows you aren't going to pressure her or anything for the sex and will try to "woo" her into sex. aka She has you eating out of her hand.

Man this post really makes me think. I want to know why I feel the way I do but right now. I feel like if I can't have that life, I don't know what the fuck my life is for. I feel like I have to have some kind of "output" you know? Obviously, when I think about that life I don't usually entertain the ideas of horrible things that can happen because "That won't happen to me". lol I know this is crazy but it's what my brain does. The hardest part for me with my fitness is that I have made HUGE pro…

I very clearly lack abundance mentality. I have only had 2 relationships in my life and 1 was when I was 14 so I dont really count that. Never been a lady killer or even a lady meeter, always been the typical nice guy beta friend. A whole slew of event have happened recently and its thrown my brain into a shit storm. Broke up with my first real relationship girl amicably. Moved and now all my closest work colleagues, some my age or slightly older, are married. Every one of them. So that gets sho…

Why would anyone be higher value than me, to me? I feel like my world just shattered with how hilarious simple yet powerful this statement is.

Whats up brother. New to the struggle myself but sounds like you want to talk so lets do it. -It's a crushing weight trying to be a top 5% alpha male. There are so many boxes that need to be ticked: career, body, personality, hobbies, etc. Haha its a tough fucking road. Best thing I can think of is dont aim for top 5%. Yet. Say you are at 50%. Aim for top 40%. Then 30%. Smaller more reasonable and achieveable goals. Baby steps. Before you know it there be a giant chasm from where you started to …

Man I feel ya brother I am the exact same way as you. It's why I have such insight into the matter. Don't hate yourself or beat yourself up over it, even though we both know we will. I have the same type of complex due to years of ridicule for things beyond my control and I think I will be fighting it until the day I die, but god damn at least I am fighting you know? Even if I fail 100 times, if because I am fighting it I succeed once... thats one success that I created through sheer willpower. …

Well this was an absolute cluster fuck to read but I'll bite. 2 things jump out at me from this. You don't think highly of yourself and you have scarcity mentality. Those are probably connected. Imagine if you were in the situation you are in now, but you had 3 chicks in your country down the street that were all trying to fuck you, date you. Would you give a shit if this girl was following her ex on instagram? Would you give a shit if she was trying to keep you commited by guilt tripping you wi…

You're thinking of vulnerability the wrong way. I second the guy who said you should read Models by Mark Manson. The good kind of vulnerability is hard to simplify but I can try. Basically the guy you are mentioning is so comfortable in himself, so confident and so passionate and set about what he believes that he is a rock. When he is talking to these women about the things he is talking about, internally and externally he is oozing alpha vibes because he is literally saying and doing whatever …

It's like asking a woman this: if you met two equally amazing men who got every item on your "IDEAL MAN CHECK LIST" - good looks, personality, status, wealth, wants kids etc. - except that one guy had THIRTEEN previous LTR's and the other had TWO, which would you prefer? The guy who can't seem to stay with a woman more than a few months, or the guy who is willing to try hard to make his LTRs work? That is how men feel about sluts. This is all well and good in theory, but in practice almost all w…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
