1	Feminist says people who raise false rape claims hate women I wouldn't argue that either sex doesn't suffer immeasurable harm from an improper relationship with an adult. I would, however, argue that that harm wouldn't be the same. 1	Feminist says people who raise false rape claims hate women I also think it's unfair to say that crime is the main fault of blacks and other minorities, but in general it still is attributed to those minorities. So why is it, that we can publicly and privately affirm that black men are more violent, but we don't do the same for all men? 0	Feminist says people who raise false rape claims hate women And in the same token, many women who feel they have been taken advantage of, coerced or otherwise sexually assaulted don't realize that they could classify the incident as rape. I agree that the adult should definitely know better, but the difference between how a female may handle such a relationship and a male handles such a relationship is significantly large. Based on those stats, the number of sexual violence incidents are severely weighted towards men. While we do see occurrences of sexual violence in women, it is by far not as often. 2	Should false rape claims be classified as "hate crimes"? The ultimate problem is when the victim doesn't receive justice. It's safe to say that our legal system isn't perfect, and that often the guilty walk free and the innocent go to jail. The problem with enforcing false-accusations is where do you draw the line between when the victim truly felt that she was raped and was making it all up. 3	Should false rape claims be classified as "hate crimes"? I think in terms of punishment, the difference is negligible. In terms of rehabilitation, however, it's very different. But I guess we don't focus on that anyway. I think there is definitely a difference between a hate crime and a "normal" crime. Understanding systemic prejudice in our society logically leads to a difference. I don't understand why this was posted to the MensRights subreddit rather than the general Political subreddit.
