Read "How to be a 3% man" by Corey Wayne. Read it 10 times. I would also look into getting a cheap gym membership and make the effort to work out. The initial hump is what holds most people back but I suggest going to the gym and just using the treadmill just to get in the habit of showing up and then slowly ease into workouts.
