And curling with a ten lb dumbbell is fine, no shame in that. Look into bulking. If you can afford it, you should be eating a lot more, enough to make sure you’re giving your body enough energy to build muscle. Emphasize protein.

If you’re on instagram, follow apfau, he makes a lot of very informative videos about what proper form looks like, and same goes for pheasyque! Another great instagram follow

Hit the gym, start it off with a beginner full body routine, splitting upper body/lower body routine 4 times a week. Do not ego lift and focus on form. Doing bicep curls with 20 lb. dumbbells is better than doing nothing at all, and nobody is going to judge. As you commit, watch your mental strength increase, even more so than your physical strength.

I hear you, the duh just made it seem like a sarcastic answer. That elaboration was real informative though so I'm definitely going to apply that! Thanks!

I'm talking about in terms of communication... When do I reach out, what do I say, how do I plan things out without sounding needy or too blunt (think plausible deniability) in regards to hooking up? However, thank you for the attempt at insightful contribution

Nice recovery! And siince you brought up plates, I want to ask, how do you turn a lay into a plate? I hooked up with a girl this weekend, we had a good time, and I want to try to make that transition into something reoccurring. Still very new to this all!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
