| 2 | Acid refluxI was on nexium daily for the last few years even as a teen. I was skinny then but my diet was shit. I spoke with my doctor about reducing nexium usage in November. So I started eating much better and smaller portions. I got down to only taking it once a week in January and then I tried going off it all together and I was fine. I now only take zantac as needed maybe once every few weeks if I'm stupid and overeat or drink to much OJ for breakfast.
