Yes, it does. It slaps the claimer in the face for implying that since we have no definite numbers in our hands, "most of them" is sufficient enough claim to generalize, the moment when "most of them" can vary from 51% to 99% and that's assuming there are only 2 definite outcomes possible. It is people who fail to realize that reality revolves around probabilities and seek to shoehorn definite solutions to issues that are open to debate for centuries and pretend they have everything figured out …

Isn't that true for all humans? Like, try arguing with a vocal racist or a religious person and good luck making sense. I think all humans use emotions, feelings and urges as their driving force, with logic and reason being tools that are applicable AFTER you form the initial stance (or hypothesis as it's called in scientific research) but there's still a big chance that you'll just produce evidence that support your initial "feeling" because producing what you don't "feel right" makes you feel …
