also just an extra bit chances of infections from circumcisions are higher when your not a baby. and the benefits aren't great enough to make circumcision standard procedure, and babies can't consent (duh i think Epstein didn't get the memo) so I feel circumcision shouldn't be forced on babies because it's not all that useful and they can't consent however the benefit of doing early circumcision is lower risk of urinary infections and lower risk of infections from the procedure

some prisons have some form of education but you'd probably want to get pens, staplers( stapler pins, you could use them like paper clips) and anything mildly sharp away from prisoners, that's why most prisons don't actually have education in them. also you probably still want to reduce time prisoners spend time together in a room, for their safety, guards' safety, teachers' safety and to reduce possible time spent plotting escapes
