This will take years, I promise you. Own up to your shitty former lifestyle and work through it.

You should definitely read the book right after NMMNG. The concepts in it aren't as esoteric as they seem at first (male, female "energy" blah blah). The understanding of polarity in your relationship is, in my opinion, the most fundamental knowledge to take away from the whole redpill jazz.

Have you read TWOTSM? Your wife's receptiveness towards you is a result of her feelings about your relationship at the moment. It will fade as quickly as it came, that's normal.

LDR are mentioned in several (I think) books on the sidebar. Rational Male is one, if I'm not mistaken. They don't work, don't even bother. The fact that she's already distancing (mentally along with the already existing physical distance) herself from you should tell you exactly what's going on.

She's trash, stick to the plan and find someone better.

Ok, haha.

I think right now I'm still doing this program by the numbers, pretty mechanical. It'll be a while until I'm really operating in my OWN frame.

Oh, you're right. Thank you.

NMMNG's frame What do you mean?

I'm still pretty green to it all, bit I can say this: When you stick to your own frame in those situations, more often that not your wife will accept it and step down (very similar to a shit test). It's pretty exciting to see it work.

Did you mean to say "volume"?

That's the thing, I'm not certain. That's why I stop trying my brain over it.

Yes, I would have absolutely deserved it.

Yes, that's true. I'm very aware of it, but it's still hard to overcome it, sometimes.

No, no. You're right. You guys did a surprisingly good job at making me not care about it anymore.

Thank you for your thoughts. No, she would definitely not do it now.

Thanks. I really appreciate this. Since most advice here leans towards "move on and work on yourself", I'll leave it at that.

The thing is, it's going really great with her by now. I don't want to set me back months by accusing her of something she didn't do once again look like the needy kid I was before. I may have just answered my own question. If she did it, I deserved it for neglecting her back then. I'll move on.

Thanks. Even though it'll stick with me for a while, you're probably right.

No, I want her to confess it, so I know it's time to leave.

No, I can't live with that. On the other hand I don't want to ruin all the progress I made over the last year when I'm wrong or unable to get her to confess. Or relationship is really going great now, thanks to MRP.

Sound advice. The problem is that I have no chance of ever finding out the truth on my own. Hospital stations are very solitary at night...

Because I don't want to be with a woman who cheated on me. Simple, right?

Man, I know this feeling. My wife is super flirty with me when she's not home, especially when she's working her night shifts at the hospital. She makes all sorts of claims about what she'd like to do with me. Obviously, I can't follow through with it in that situation. But at home, it's like all of her fizz is out of the window. Of course, that's part due to being exhausted after work, and the reality of two little kids at home kills the rest of her libido. But it still hurts every time. It's l…

Stop rewarding bad behaviour. Stop trying to smash at 10 at night, escalate early. If you get shot down, have something better to do, other than lay there and sulk. If you don't know what else to do, you know what to work on I think this is important. When the only sensible option left is to shut up and roll on your side like a scolded puppy, you're giving her an incredible feeling of power. I agree, try to push earlier, have a backup plan, and don't show any emotion if you get shut down - mov…

How is it a covert contract to share the time with the kids?

She WILL throw a fit and he'll have to handle it accordingly.

Stop people pleasing, I read that. That's not even the issue here. Kids are a considerable amount of work, your day belongs to them. You can't just spontaneously go off on your own self-finding trip and leave your SO alone with them.

I will try to do that, thanks.

Brought that up once, she won't give the kids to strangers. But we're super lucky in that aspect, though. Her parents live a stone toss away, so we sometimes bring the kids to her mother and do something together (once every couple of weeks).

At the moment, we're usually at the pool every day. If the weather is bad, or during other times of the year, it does happen that we don't do anything in particular during the week. I haven't thought about balancing my solo undertakings with family ventures, thank you for the input!

Thank you. I am communicating this with her, and actually, she's usually fine with it. It's more a case of bad conscience on my part.
