| 0 | Soloflex vs free weights?Ok thanks for the advice. I can put plates on the soloflex, so it seems like it would work as a squat rack/bench and more. Do you think it could be worth buying if I were to use it with plates instead of the rubber bands? I also need a bench so I'd probably have to spend almost $200 for both a bench and a squat rack, but they wouldn't have a lat bar/chinup bar/leg extension/butterfly extension. | /r/askTRP | 25/01/17 10:24 PM |
| 0 | Soloflex vs free weights?Yea but you can also put weight plates on it. Apprently its better than a bowflex because it has a better range of motion. Gym isn't an option as I live in the middle of no where. It'd be at least an hour drive(one way). | /r/askTRP | 25/01/17 10:19 PM |
| 0 | Soloflex vs free weights?I live in the middle of no where. The nearest "gym" is 35 miles and its a few treadmills and a few machines. Probably 45 miles+ drive(one way) for a real gym, which would be really expensive and hard on gas. | /r/askTRP | 25/01/17 10:18 PM |
