stretching can well be more important than weight lifting. it depends how your muscles and fascia react to stress. i've lifted elite in squat and close to elite in deads and i've seriously injured myself several times because i didn't have the proper range of motion (would go below parallel at the expense of my lower back etc). that being said, i'd trust a fat woman about lifting advice just about as much as i'd trust a penilneck guy with the word "trainer" on his shirt.

don't feed me this bullshit. i've been lifting for 13 years, at elite on all my lifts, and have friends who have reached high levels on both the bodybuilding and powerlifting circuits. i have plenty of friends who have taken them. steroids have a dramatic enough affect on your physique that you will get good results with minimal effort. this tired trope of "you stilll need to work your ass off" has been debunked several times with several studies.
