To give you another perspective, I'm a white guy who has lived in Calgary and Vancouver, and my friend group is primarily (almost entirely) Asian. I've never seen any serious racism against Asians - however in Vancouver there is a clear cultural divide between immigrant Asians and white people/second generation Asians. Eating more is the only thing that's going to help. Lift heavy, eat more. I gained about 25lbs and I'm still hoping to gain a bit more. If you're fat, eat less, if you're skinny eat more. It's pretty simple.

I'm actually leaving today - in the airport on the free wifi right now. I only really visited Shibuya twice (got some shopping in), most of the time I was in Osaka. I did a bit of pickup at Shinsaibashi, it seemed girls really had their defenses up and Shibuya seemed pretty similar to me except with more foreigners.
