Women are human, so they're entitled ... legal rights ... as any other human ... voting, Children are human. Aren't they entitled to voting rights? What makes women different?

We cannot go back. Only forwards. Kind of unimportant, when moving in circles. Society is over-ripe. Now comes female yin, the animalistic side of humans, to reap benefits, do some gene shopping, improve our form and destroy society in the process. Then we go back go yang, rebuilding society once more.

I don't care about statistics that count the divorce of Billy Buck and his slutty, twice divorced, alpha widow. That got married because his mother told him to propose. Doesn't make marriage any better, but why would you use such useless stat? Concerning kids, Genghis Khan probably didn't have baby rabies either. And I would be surprised if he couldn't sleep at night, thinking about all those kids never being "really his". Planning childless future just doesn't resonate with me. I might as well …

Well, I wouldn't usually disagree with anything my EC said, but since I've learned /u/Archwinger is a jew, I no longer trust him. You know, the world domination and that kind of things. Anyways, that offer for sex still stands. I wish you best luck and hope your LTR partner never becomes a cashier. That would lead to some rather awkward situation.

A cashier who checks and counts the money you gave him isn't accusing you of cheating. Do you know the saying "father is always uncertain"? It is an old Roman principle. Infidelity is just one of the reasons behind it, I already showed you two other that aren't infidelity. And the word accusing isn't fitting either. When you do the paternity test, expecting results to be positive, "accusing" doesn't really sit well with my vocabulary. Even the word "doubting" would imply you did the test because…

First, you don't ask for a PT, you state that as your plan when contemplating the possibility of starting a family. If the woman squirms too much, you find another who doesn't. So, would that be an accusation of future infidelity? And if you really want to nitpick this: Is being raped and keeping it from your partner infidelity? Is hospital mishandling babies an infidelity? When you see your man looking at the face of your child, his mind is calculating the odds. When relatives point out "he loo…

Let's hope this time is the charm. You seem to be looking for irony where there is none. Calling you "professional cuckmaster" is not an attack on your character. Were we to meet in real life, I would gladly take part in your services. It is a valuable quality, without you, I could never make another man care for my child. Now back to your original stance on paternity test. As I was trying to point out, making sure the child is yours is one of the most important responsibilities a man has in his…

What are you on about? You waited, with your carefully prepared sources, to challenge the first person, who even remotely stumbles close to a subject you wish to discuss? The biological imperative, you want to talk your man out of, is this: If you plan to raise a child, make sure it is yours. That's why men safeguard their mates, that's why their subconscious goes overdrive looking for markers of paternity and yes, that's why women willingly reassure their men. Because that's what good long-term…

Let me put it this way. If you aspire to be good at guilt tripping men into not doing their biological imperative, that's alright. The best way to interact with you is to get you pregnant and then leave you. Because thanks to your valuable skills, I can be relatively certain you can get some poor smuck to help you raise our children. And I am now free to search for another you or an actual long-term partner to raise children with as I get older.

I guess one more reason why the mother should offer her partner to do the paternity test on her own volition. That and the fact it helps to prevent them from finding out, three years later, that the hospital switched kids by mistake. If I was a woman, I wouldn't like my partner to be a fool who doesn't automatically go for the paternity test. For every child, under any circumstances. Unless that's exactly what I would be looking for - a fool for a partner.

The worst thing about rape is that the rapist already killed your son and threatens to kill your daughter unless you comply. Man, you really suck at analogy. Now, excuse me, I have a rape by deception to fight against.

There are clear instances in first world countries, where an individual is forced to undergo a medical procedure. Death penalty, vaccinations, virus containment - it is not unprecedented. While court ordered abortions are unlikely to be legalized, it is certainly not so for legal reasons.

Is it really preposterous for a court to order (female) rapist to take an abortion pill?

While you make a great legal argument, I think the current legal status of child as a third party is faulty. The bond between parents and child as their extension for biological purposes is very important. We shouldn't ignore the fact abortion, infanticide and abandonment are all important mechanisms that evolved for a reason and helped humanity to achieve social structures and laws we have now. Just think of stress-induced "spontaneous" abortion and how this female biological function relates t…

Death penalty being legal, ordering a female rapist to take a pill would require a complete revamp of US laws? Abortion equality works like this: When a woman wants an abortion: it's a totally safe procedure, minor inconvenience at best it's actually so safe, a mandatory prior counsel or cooling period would be a war on women abortion for financial reasons is reasonable what's that, father, you don't want to loose your child? cry me a river When a man wants an abortion: Abortion is a life-threat…

Don't get me started on your little rape community. With our carefully thought-out new rape laws it is only a matter of time until someone notices you. Giving consent beforehand for BDSM is like giving consent for future blackout drunk sex. Impossible. Once you are in a powerless state, any previous consent is void.

Female empowerment is carefully introduced as is the strength of Wookie bowcaster. It's the new Jar Jar Binks. To list few scenes I remember, Village is under attack, brave female picks a gun As a contrast to Luke's Tusken Raider encounter, Rey beats her attackers, emphasis on Finn's surprise. Run like a girl youtube ad. Silly man asks Rey if she is ok - made into an awkward moment. Reversed female helper in a workshop "Engine tape - no, no, not that one, the one I am pointing at. No. No!" Canti…

I don't see those 7 prosecuted, we count them as victims. That's my issue with this drama. We find a poor unlucky schmuck doing what thousands did and millions encouraged, make him into devil incarnate and ritually sacrifice him to appease the gods of public opinion and feelgoodaboutmyselfesness.

Nice example. So, you want to suspend his license for 90 days for DUI or do you want to give him jail time for vehicular manslaughter under the influence? Pick one, then we can talk causal nexus. The main point is - you cannot simultaneously believe his defense and say the defense is bullshit. You can't just believe everything his lawyer says about how spoiled millionaire brat this kid is, to the point of mental illness, and then just turn around and say he is guilty to the full extent anyway. T…

Go speeding after dark with 7 loud passengers and dodge an unexpected obstacle hidden behind a bend. Sober.

he shouldn't have been able to stand let alone drive a car Apparently, there were 7 passengers who deemed him capable of driving. Doesn't really fit with the narrative of a spoiled wealthy monster doing otherwise unthinkable things due to his entitlement.

Alcohol content doesn't tell you anything. Broken-down cars standing on the road get hit even when no alcohol is involved. Concerning parents vs. legal system, 20 years later, he would leave prison a worse person and you know it. Even if parents failed to turn him around, at least they tried. Better then other who call the cops to raise their kids for them.

I don't buy into the hysteria. Affluenza was a defense strategy, he could just as likely be an average kid - underdeveloped forethought being a norm. While it seems his parents did a pretty lousy job raising him, I can admire how they didn't let their kid get fucked by the legal system. Which was their greatest offence - how dare they do something we can't! Actually, the witch hunt was so strong, I have yet to see evidence alcohol was relevant as a cause of the accident. Meaning the road hazard …

Using adequate physical force to counter an attack against one's dignity falls under self defense. At least in our legal theory. I believe a case for a slap could be made where dignity or mental health is threatened intensively. Does your legal system differ that much?

Let's sum it up: "no passing on of genes is NOT better than not passing on your genes". Thanks for the female perspective.
