I've been pretty wrapped up with work during the week and weekends (private tutoring/college consulting business) as finals/APs are coming around the corner as well as starting the college process. She works a more conventional 9-5, my weekdays are 2-9 and my weekends are usually 9-7 (my weekends will lighten up in a month). My reason for taking on such a schedule is because I'll be out of work for the next 4 years I'm in med school so I'm tryna save and earn as much as I can right now. I take F…

OP, your scenario about infrequency of sex due to her exhaustion is too familiar. How does one break this habit on her end then besides calling her out for shit? I've begun expressing indifference towards stupid demands and it seems to be turning her around.

Came here to ask this. Currently using Neutrogena oil free SPF 15, but I'm getting tired of it as my skin has begun to break out in response to it recently.

Women want their size/appearance to not hold such importance. But let's see how many of these women find non-jacked/athletic guys attractive. Either those ectomorphs or those overweight/fat. Willing to wager that the preference will still be for what the media portrays to be "ideal". The hypocrisy is outstanding and yet, unsurprising.

This. Women are quite skilled at picking up random bits of irrelevant shit and blowing it up for their purposes because reasons. Be cordial and make small talk but only as necessary, maintain a degree of enigma about you. And never lose frame in ant situation. Keep doing your shit well and stay accountable of your shit so nobody, and especially her, have a chance to pick you apart.

It was hard at first, figuring out client bases and all the management of time. I'm going to miss the inflow of $$. I would try advertising on the app Nextdoor. That's what I began using, but also would depend on the surrounding areas of where you live, how far students are from where you are, how far you would be willing to travel. Start small and see how it goes (a few students here and there). If that's manageable then add more. But just don't overextend yourself for your own sake.

My company charges $135/hr of which I am paid $35. I realize my percentages were off, they take 75%. I charge $45/hr and tutor out of my house (I use the formal dining room table). Paying 1 person $135/hr is a bit steep for one hour of tutoring imho. Plus all my lesson plans and content, I've already had for quite a few years of working for my company so I don't necessarily have to recreate as much content. I was a student at this tutoring company when I was in HS a while ago and my parents were…

Private tutor/college consultant. Finished undergrad, needed to start making money the summer before grad school. Started teaching math and science prep courses and 1:1 at a private tutoring academy by my house and HS (I live in a city in the Bay Area where competitive high schools and Asians/Indians in STEM/business are the majority residents). I went to the high school where my company gets 90% of its students from and I aced these subjects in college and HS. Continued this on my summers off d…

Her friend covering up for her. Rather than talk Ms. Slut out of such a thing (hah that would be the day), SlutFriend is instead protecting Ms. Slut by distracting the boyfriend. Not surprising in the slightest.

Similar situation. Friends for 4 years, LTR for 10 months before she wanted out bc "we don't have much in common and I'm too young to be in such a commitment." I was definitely a BPer in catering to her whining and shit tests. We were around 19 when we broke up (she 6 months younger than me). We hadn't had sex (we were both virgins) because every time we tried she'd get cold feet. However she kept wanting to hang out and hook up for the next 5-6 months (neither of us was seeing other people yet)…

This is straight-up gold. Yeah women are women, noticed it with my gf too. But learning to hold frame has definitely help avoid bullshit and random shit tests as they come up. There's moments where frame is dropped but I'm learning to reduce the incidence of those.

OP, just out of curiosity, how'd you stand your ground and shut her down? I feel sometimes I can do this with my gf (14 months, we're 2 months apart in age but sometimes her behavior is more like 3 years apart) but sometimes I feel BB tendencies slipping in.

I love the fruit snacks comment, had a hearty laugh after work. What was her response?

Any good facial Cleansers/washes for someone with bad acne? I tried accutane but my body didn't respond too well to it within a month. Right now I use one of the green tea scrubs from St. Ives and follow up with a clindamycin topical from my doctor on a need basis. Bit tougher about the moisturizer thing because I have a beard and when I do use it on my forehead it gets super oily super quick. Currently on the neutrogena daily SPF 15

From experience, this works. Was in Tahoe a few months ago with GF and her friends, we had just gotten back at the cabin after day drinking on the lake and boating around. I was drained and just wanted to shower, grab a beer, and chill in the hot tub outside. She asked me what I wanted to do (read as what she wanted me to do with her). Told her just as I was going to, she decided to shower later and wait for me downstairs. I go shower and come down to grab a six-pack from the fridge ready for th…

I want to buy Will a beer to thank him for not caving. He's wealthy and pragmatic. She sounds so goddamn immature and it's sad (and expected) she doesn't see it. Watch her eventually beg will to take her back and Will smiles back, saying "I'm gonna Netflix and chill with myself."

One of my favorite comments on a BuzzFeed article about this period-shaming white knight was written, surprisingly, by a random woman actually. Goes to show that women are yet again specializing in holding each other down: "I have been shamed for having my period. Quite often actually. I changed my group of friends from all girls to all guys (and one girl) and they don't shame either me or her for it. They have a respect for us, and not pity exactly, but I don't know the word for it. It was fell…
