No, I don’t mean that. Stop coming up with fake responses and straw manning. Telling me I’m wrong when you don’t even know wtf I am saying clearly? Hate speech isn’t covered under freedom of speech. Misogyny and Misandry are hate and shouldn’t be covered by free speech, people just be using free speech as an excuse for hate and false narratives. You haven’t been providing evidence for the bs claims you’re throwing at me…. if you think evidence is important why are your answers full of straw mann…

There’s nothing sexist about being against certain “kinks” though

Your claim that all studies like that is a baseless accusation too. Also, you just started pretending that user was trying to imply that looking at someone is harassment which is actually something you brought up. No one was even saying that except you and you turned it into some fake issue because you didn’t have an actual response to them. I’m now sure how you even expect people to get evidence to you for assault and harassment. It’s like you guys know it’s impossible to prove stuff like this …

I would hope so. However, FGM is still legal and very common in multiple countries I replied to the question with some examples of where it is legal.

I get that you’re making general statements but it’s still misleading and allows the audience on subs like this to be completely unaware that FGM occurs to millions of people and is not outlawed in many countries still. Your sally analogy doesn’t add up or align with what is being discussed, whose gonna assume anything about how many days old she is lol. I think there is clearly people on here unaware of info about FGM, someone even asked what countries I was aware of where it’s legal which kind…

Except you didn’t state “facts” as your claim that all girls are “legally protected” globally was not factual at all. I have not trying to “make you out to be a supporter of genital mutilation” I was just letting people know girls are not globally protected and millions have undergone it. How am I ignoring MGM when I’m not the one staying misinformation about it? I’ve never claimed all boys are protected from it or anything and I recognize it as an issue. I didn’t ignore that fact, your statemen…

Only makes sense to say that if you wish to ignore the millions of girls it has been performed on. I hope you’re aware that in countries where it isn’t known by organizations to be widely performed they don’t actually have an accurate way of measuring how many people have undergone it and incident rates are under predicted. Some countries having low incident rates doesn’t change the fact that there are multiple countries where incident rate is close to 100%.

Sorry did not mean your comment I’ll edit, the user above claiming FGM to be illegal globally and girls protected globally was misinformed as well as everyone that upvoted it. However, you did comment under the users statements in a way which clearly implied you agreed with them? It’s not the question that was misinformed it’s the (multiple users) dismissal of the reality of FGM and agreement of a list of non-factual or proven “Female Privileges” which consisted of “worldwide legal protection fr…

Apparently only 39 states have laws against FGM meaning many still don’t https://www.equalitynow.org/us_laws_against_fgm_state_by_state Last time I checked there’s many countries it hadn’t been criminalized in such as Brunei, Bahrain, Columbia, Israel and Jordan, Pakistan, Maldives, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Russia and Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand and many others There are millions of girls who are not protected from it so statements above are very misinformed. It’s thought that about 98% of …

It’s not “illegal globally” there are multiple countries where girls are not protected from FGM and countries where it isn’t banned. edit: Y’all are seriously downvoting because I pointed out someone spreading misinformation? If you genuinely believe girls are protected from FGM “globally” why don’t you show the evidence?

You’re implying men have no choice over who they have sex with? They do. Also I wouldn’t even say women get the final say when it comes to sex. You kinda sound like you’ve been listening to red pill or mgtow ideology. Some women do have to work for sex and I would say sex comes with a lot more costs to women e.g pregnancy, contraceptive pills, pain, and more. I’ve seen and heard a lot of people judge women for buying vibrators or even just masturbating in general tbh. Also just because some peop…

Still do not think there’s any accurate data on how and why it is “very difficult” for a man to be sexually actively. Not liking promiscuous women is misogynistic if you only have an issue with it because they’re women. If you held men and women to the same standard there wouldn’t be an issue. Only viewing promiscuity as bad or worse when it comes to women indicates the issue is more women and not promiscuity. Also, stating that you’re not comparing women to objects doesn’t make a lot of sense w…

Is it that hard for men to achieve though? I don’t really think there’s any accurate data on who is having the most sex let alone how difficult it may be. Women get looked down upon due to people having sexist and misogynistic feelings related to it. If a man was desperate for sex that would actually make him “easy” too people just don’t say that due to their own sexist bias. Even if it wasn’t difficult for a woman to get sex that still doesn’t justify looking down on her? or even work as a vali…

there might be other reasons for you but there are a lot of people who hold double standards between girls and boy’s being promiscuous and claim they don’t want a daughter in case she’s promiscuous. which is likely what the girl in the post is referring to

your last reason was related to sex and is literally the kind of reasoning that inspires posts like the one the girl made.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
