At the most I would say that you’re proud of him for sticking it out empathize by saying he’s a strong person for dealing with the environment for so long and then throw in something like “you always know the right decision to make and i trust that you will know the right time to move on and they won’t know what to do with out you”. 2	I have a wonderful and awful problem in my relationship. I think you’re fairly young and recognizing these traits in your self is a huge accomplishment in its self. Congrats to you! I would Try to evaluate trends in my own behavior, things that trigger you or even days of the month or times of the day. Get to know your self as you are as much as you can, that may help you to curb the behaviors that you want to change.
