same! i spend most of my time on reddit on here, so when it was suddenly gone i just closed the app...to reopen it 15 minutes later to see if the sub was back.

i think it was like that for a lot of the members here, me as well. we checked it out because of someone raging about it and fell in love with the community! ☺️

i don't even know how the mod team does it, it's gotten more and more over the last months... the hate posts in other subs as well

as a german i can tell you that while most young and progressive people don't really like the cdu (merkel's party) and germans in general love to blame her for everything that goes wrong (hence the popular thank you merkel meme), we do love our merkel and even call her by pet names like angie or mom. she has an enormous burden on her shoulders and always tries to make the best decision, not just for herself or her party, but for germany as a whole and does so very professionally. also there's ad…

hi and welcome to the club! i think a lot of us came here in order to spy a little bit and expected to find a ridiculous group of man hating witches, just like fds is described in other subreddits. we also all had the revelation that that isn't the truth at all. it's very comforting to find people that share the same experiences and where you can talk about these experiences, no matter if good or bad, without interruption from outsiders. let's heal and grow together! ☺️

literally any apology i've ever gotten from a man was either of these two: 1. i'm sorry you feel that way or 2. i'm sorry i'm such a horrible person i should just die + tantrum

girl your boyfriend is a future serial killer!! i can't understand for the life of me how women stay with men like that. probably trauma bonding and stockholm syndrom. she doesn't want to shame him? he needs to see a psychiatrist asap!

the first rule of misogyny: women are responsible for what men do.

i've read a quote somewhere that people who call themselves brutally honest are often more focused on the brutality than the honesty and it rings so true. they never use their "honesty" to be kind to people.

thank you! i wish the same to you... scrotes manage to sexualize absolutely everything. equestrianism is probably one on the top of the list.

i do competitive cheerleading, same here. the amount of men who sexualize it is astonishing. like no, i don't want to "show you how flexible i am" you disgusting pervert.

i'm from germany and i've come across screenshots of these forum discussions. i felt physically sick reading them, the men are so incredibly depraved and talk about these poor women (most of them trafficked here, young and unable to understand german) like they're literal objects. it's so disgusting and i don't recommend seeking or searching for these screenshots since you will feel horrible for a very lomg time after. it leaves an impression that you're unable to shake off.

omg this totally reminds me of an incident that recently happened in korea. it was an advertisement for stuff you need for grilling/picknicking and there was a sausage on a fork and a hand next to it doing this 🤏🏻. it was meant to show how good it is and that you want to grab it but men immediately freaked out and said that this advertisement is sexist towards men by saying their dicks are small? it doesn't even make sense but men make absolutely everything about their dick. the company even had…

it's like the whole covid situation doubled their audacity. just yesterday i came from work and needed to change my streetcar. mind you, it was in the middle of the shopping district of my city and 2pm. i'm just standing there minding my business, mask on (since we're in basically full lockdown here in germany), earphones in, looking at my phone. clearly all signs that i want nothing to do with anybody, right? apparently not, because from the side of my eye i see someone approaching me. and not …

it's not the title of the video. the video is called basic grooming tips or something. but in the video she very explicitly says that you should remove your hair because "nobody likes a hairy girl". i do actually remove all of my body hair but i still think that statement is very offensive. especially if you consider that there's lots of girls out there who might be hairier in general because of their ethnicities and got bullied for that.

i usually love her content but her "nobody likes a hairy girl" video that she recently uploaded on tiktok kinda irked me. that was really off putting in my opinion.

omg I saw that one too! the comments on tiktok were absolutely insane 🤮 so many lvm and pickmeishas insulting her and trying to argue! "but walk dates are my favorite!" "don't wonder if you end up alone!" "golddigger!" "dates shouldn't be interviews!" the whole nines....

it's rare that something on the internet makes me laugh out loud but scro-cha-cho sure did 😂 men always want to tell us that all the shit they say about us is "just a joke" but get a mantrum as soon as we extend the same energy towards them

i think that's also a reason why fds is hated so much on reddit. men feel entitled to put their opinion anywhere they please, even if it's unwanted or unneeded. and in here, their opinion is not only worth nothing, but they can't even complain about not having a place to speak and that must enrage them so much! it's not like we're seeing their "hot takes" and actually ignoring them (and them thus having achieved their goal of women having to look at/hear their opinions), no, they're not even get…

omg my friends and i are actually daydreaming about something like that constantly! just opening a village or a small town with women, everyone just works on what they can and everyone gets taken care of! a real community..

i'm just so glad that there is a sub where we women can exist as we are without having men's opinions shoved into our faces the entire time. thank you mods!!

omg i've read that comment too! they're so desperate for attention from women that they have to roleplay now lmao

omg are you me? the worst thing is that i let myself be talked into taking a walk with him after and he kept on weirdly hugging me and i just let it happen because i was way too shy to say how uncomfortable that made me. i should have known when he stood me up the first time and then came 20 minutes late on the re-planned date. i cringe just thinking about it, 20 year old me was a mess 🤡

my father just recently told me that i am intimidating to men and that my energy tends to demand a lot of attention since i am extremely extroverted and assertive. he also told me i should tone it down if i want to have a boyfriend. i told him that my girl friends don't seem to have a problem with it and if a man is intimidated by my personality, maybe he just isn't man enough for me. there is absolutely no way i will make myself smaller just so a man doesn't feel uncomfortable.

that reminds me so much of that one margaret atwoot quote!! Male fantasies, male fantasies, is everything run by male fantasies? Up on a pedestal or down on your knees, it's all a male fantasy: that you're strong enough to take what they dish out, or else too weak to do anything about it. Even pretending you aren't catering to male fantasies is a male fantasy: pretending you're unseen, pretending you have a life of your own, that you can wash your feet and comb your hair unconscious of the ever-…

the mods here are truly amazing! even back in my lurking days i never saw a single scrote comment here. it's just so nice to have a space dedicated for women only and not get harassed by men constantly. thank you for your hard work 💕

oh my god, the "jUsT cOmMuNiCaTe!!!" on relationshipadvice or similar subreddits makes me livid every single time. if you think the women in the posts haven't tried to communicate with their NVM's multiple times before making this desperate post on social media you must be genuinely stupid!

the incel thing makes me laugh every time! of course searching for a decent partner who puts as much value into the relationship as you do is the same as absolutely hating the other gender because you can't get laid and being willing to kill over it!! 😂

same! i woke up from a nap and got scared at first! if fds goes there is almost no reason for me to go on reddit anymore

that's why i absolutely loathe the reactions like "omg why a fake number? you could have just said no!" if i wouldn't have to be afraid for my safety for saying no, i definitely would. no matter what men like this do, women are always at fault for their behavior.

there was a post, i think it was on relationship advice, where a woman went to visit her boyfriend for the first time and instead of a bed he just had a big clump of unwashed clothes that he slept on in the middle of the room. the poor girl actually tried not to be "judgemental" and tried sleeping on it but obviously could not live with that and the guy got super offended when she told him that.

i'm kind of scared now. normally i'm only lurking, saving and upvoting posts here but never commenting, mostly because other people already said what i'm thinking lmao now i regret that.. i should have participated sooner, i don't want to see this sub go. it was the first thing that gave me some kind of sense of self worth..
