2	Florida FSU QB is charged with assault and battery for punching a girl who kicked and punched him attacking him FIRST,even after trying to restrain her raised fist. He has been charged with assault and battery, suspended indefinitely.. I don't totally disagree with you, but I think two things: 1) You never know who you're dealing with. She might have a terrible right cross, or more likely, a willingness to claw your eyeball. 2) I think it's a very dumb thing for a whole gender to think they can get away with striking another gender and get away with it.
