Nah. There's nothing to screw up. i've gone through a lot of growth since my previous posts. I'm not worried about in any way. Just wanted to share to see what others have experienced. Like I said, it's more an opportunity to be myself and be real and recognize how far along I've come. In a sense, her dad symbolizes my old self me. .Someone I'm not anymore and this is an opportunity that manifests my changed mindset..

I'm separated with two kids and started online dating a few months ago. My profile lists me as aprox 15 years younger than I am (I look young for my age) and I didn't mention being married nor with kids until 4 or 5 dates/bangs. When I finally came clean about everything, they've been fine with it to my surprise. They weren't upset that I deceived them nor are they turned off by the real info since I'd built up the attraction with them. However, it was made clear that had I mentioned my real age…

Update: I waited the recommended 36 hours. I told her I was "Looking forward to doing fun things with you. And to you". She invited me to her place to HBO and chill tomorrow. Thanks, guys.

OK. Thanks a lot (36 hours). Definitely not going to phone her though.

Thanks. Yes, still a learning/reinforcing/practice process. Ultimately, yes - I'm the prize no matter what...don't care what she thinks, etc.. Place wasn't a pigsty but it's definitely got kid stuff, toys, stuffed animals, school tests,etc... Definitely not a cool single-guy pad when the kids are away. I'm old enough to be this girl's dad! I guess it's just that I'd been figuring on mostly single-moms, older women who "get" the kids-thing. So it's thrilling that I can attract 26,27 year olds but…

Thanks a lot. That's helpful. What about specifically about a "Do I look tired?" or a "Do my eyes look baggy?" - those kinds of things where it might be less obvious to turn flirtatious or specifically more sexually flirtatious? Obviously she's fishing for reassurance..perhaps a compliment... But what's a smirky, amused cocky response and not a typical beta response of "no, of course not, honey" ?

That's bullshit. "Why isn't my guy Alex Ovechkin - a professional athlete with rare skills and talent? - have to branch-swing because my guy isn't as good a hockey player as Ovie." So, out of fear, you avoid bringing your woman along with you to avoid her spending a night out with you, enjoying something fun with you... Jesus...Don't let her watch TV at home for fear of seeing Brad Pitt...Avoid going to a movie with her for fear of her branch-swinging cos you're not George Clooney. That's nonsen…

"So the next time you think about taking your girl to a hockey game, ask yourself why. Do you really want your girl sitting there getting tingles watching rich, aggressive alpha males in their prime demonstrating their status in front of her? Do you really want her to be reminded that your SMV will probably never be that high? Do you really want to give her any reason at all to feel that she should branch swing from you?" Really? I'm pretty new to RP but jesus fucking christ are you serious and …

Divorce is definitely on my mind considering this ongoing separation. However, we do get along...I make her laugh...And now I'm holding frame and turning things around in terms how I view myself, smv and how I want to live my life now - devoid of insecurities, low self-esteem, social awkwardness and feelings of not being worthy of being her husband. Even with the fact that she makes significantly more money than me (I do pretty well) I pay for childcare and rent for my home and expenses and she …

I can't thank you enough for your replies. Going to think on this today but going to stick to my boundaries and say no to the "family vacation". I actually am enjoying this separation - thriving on my own, evolving, improving and having my space, free to try to fuck who I want right now. I'm in no mood to want her to move back with me. What I want to start as phase 1 is for her to be but one of my soon-to-be plates and enjoy without pressure, guilt, shame or blue pills.

Thanks for the reply. Kids are 5 and 10. We're in late 40s. I'm aiming to not be the pussy I was all these years and put things into practice. I already told her shortly after separating that I'm not going to wait for her to come around. I'm not going to remain celibate. She says she understands I won't wait for her but that she's in no mindset to fuck around with anyone else. Whatever. I don't care. I'm going to take this separation to gain abundance and get laid for myself. I know you're all g…
