It concludes that the pay gap exists, that women have less access to authoritative positions and have less access to promotions. It will be hard for you to dispute these three things. 1	The comments are interesting I think you simply misunderstood the term "Toxic masculinity". I will try to help. Toxic masculinity refers to the set of values that "real men" should/must be violent, not emotional, sexually aggressive, etc. If you aren't muscular enough, don't exclusively like "manly" stuff like football or grilling, you aren't a "real man". What happens now is that victims often get bullied for going against the rapist and the rapist is always defended until he's convicted.
