I guess you could check the data and see if there is a higher prevalence of premature ejaculation in the uncut community? Or maybe poll men who have been circumcised later in life and ask if there has been a change? Although people make calculated risks all the time and most circumcisions end up being perfectly fine just like most ear piercings end up perfectly fine. There is risk involved, sure, but people do them to babies anyway. Maybe circumcisions are on their way out. Maybe baby ear piercings will be after that.
