3	How the hell can I become more vulnerable? Dude the answer is congruence (the alignment of thoughts, feelings and actions). RSD Tyler explains it really well, and gives good tips on how to execute it. He basically says that guys fuck up cos they either try too hard or they try to act like they're not trying, and both these approaches are incongruent. So he basically explains how to be yourself.
