Wow, these “real man” statements are so dumb. He just wants you saddled as quickly as possible like him. Live your own life. Define what you are for yourself

5’8 and absolutely psychotic about his lifting. Any of the pros have great genetics. His leg routines were insane. I can’t do them still. Mentally it’s crushing and exhausting. Guys like Platz figured out that to get a great physique, you have to conquer the weakness within your mind. There are many factors at play, but you’ll never get anywhere without getting that one done.

The good news is many women don’t find the huge bodybuilding type attractive. They like a lean, athletic man who clearly has time and discipline to work out regularly. But in the words of Tom Platz, “f*ck genetics. I destroy genetics with work ethic”.

After 6 months of consistency, and bulking, you could try a legal pro hormone. But even that stuff, you want to be easy on at your age. You’re very young. You should naturally have all the tools you need in your chemistry to build a foundation. Don’t worry about anyone else in the gym. Focus on yourself and getting better every day.

It’s to the point where when I’ve been out at clubs the last few years, I get asked to flex and take off my shirt or more. Some of this was in South America, some of it in the US. It is NOT attractive to all women. And a muscle man with no personality and no culture is not attractive to most women. It just just a door opener.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 03:06 PM

It’s been ten years but could’ve been 6-7 had I paid attention to good tips and not wasted time. Caloric intake is extremely important, as is sleep. Don’t touch Roids for years. You’ll be wasting your time at the beginner stage. A foundation has to be built but give it 3 months of consistency and your body will be addicted and you’ll see solid changes.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 03:04 PM

The reason it’s so rare to see a guy with an impressive, developed physique is that it’s f***ing hard and takes consistency over years
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 03:03 PM

Unlikely to happen. You could push it to 165-170 if you’re consistent and eat. Don’t make the mistakes of most younger guys I see, thinking you can blow up in 6-9 months. It doesn’t work like that. This is a lifestyle. It becomes a major part of your life and can cure negative thoughts and other less helpful addictive behaviors. But it’s a marathon. The only guys who keep growing through their 20s and 30s are guys who stay consisten and go, step by step.

Extremely different in some ways but I always had girls. I just attracted average height alt/punk girls. That changed when I filled out. Some of the women I’ve dated when I filled out were so incredible and what I like- thicker, into their looks, bigger fake Tits. Porn star look. I did realize that often that type is not as fun, mentally, in a LTR. But you can experiment and find a nice balance of what you like yourself. People never talk back to me. Ever. When I was skinnier people tried to tak…

You’re young w little experience. Take some pre workout and do 45 minutes. Building a foundation takes years
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 02:34 PM

Then you need to pay more attention to nutrition, sleep, anxiety. As a 20 year old guy you should have all the chemistry you need for building a solid foundation

My random guess is evolutionarily speaking, tall women with average height men are confident their sons will come out a good height. Small women with small men are worried they’ll give birth to hobbits who will have a harder go. No idea if that’s true. But I realized my sweet spot as an average height, bodybuilder physique is 5’8-6 feet women. My experience also tells me tall European women were even more receptive. I did really well in Netherlands and Belgium. I was surprised. And once you give…

You have a ton of anxiety for being so young. I’m 36. Youve been blessed with above average height and good genetics. You need to learn to appreciate what you have, improve them, and enjoy it. You’ve created this imagined Adonis super enemy in your head. Look around in real life at your fellow men. Even if they’re 6’4, it’s very unlikely they have most of their life together. Only 15% of young American men are over 6’1. And most of them don’t have their shit together at all, suck with women, are…

I think so. And 90% of the women I’ve ended up dating were 5’8 or taller. I almost exclusively got tinder matches of 5’8-6’0 and the first dates always led to seconds and thirds. When I was skinnier I attracted more average height women. I can’t explain this but it’s true. I still weigh twice as much as these tall women.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 02:17 PM
2

Yes, fair to say that. But it literally took ten years of consistent work. Muscles don’t just give you women. But it has helped with my overall drive and outlook, which certainly increases attraction. Also, most women enjoy feeling small and protected in your arms. For me, mass helped as all of a sudden I was dating tons of tall girls. I wore boots on nights they wore heels and never once did I get a comment. My gf is taller than me in her 4 inch heels even w my boots, but at this point she know…

They also weirdly overestimate my height because of my presence. I get 5’11, 6 foot guesses all the time. Dead on 5’10 when I get measured no shoes.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 02:12 PM

My face is fine and I weigh 258 lbs of muscle atm. I’m confident and happy w most parts of myself and women sense that. But I wasn’t always that way. That took work and experience.

Matters a lot to many women. Different women value these attractive traits slightly more or less. Just depends. I think you’ve read WAY too many red pill black pill content and have shot yourself in the foot before the race even begins.

😂😂😂 dude, this is delusional. I am 5’10 And I’ve been with too many women of many nationalities to count. I am happily coupled now but my 5’10 gf worries about me cheating Bc of the way women flirt w me. The % of men who are above 6 feet and make over 100k under 40 is like 2% of the population. Also, very short women are often l the pickiest about height. They’re trying to compensate for how small they are. Stick to average height/tall women and you’ll be absolutely fine. And grass is green. But there are a HUNDRED other factors about being a man that can make you attractive to women. Half of my American friends are under 5’9 or are 5’9, and some have done really well with women. They’ve got it going on, despite not being 6’2, and women pick up on that. It’s not equal, but weird 6’2 guys don’t do as well.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 02:04 PM
3

The reason you’re struggling with women is that you freak them out w your weird vibes. That’s the only problem. Your attitude is creeping them out. Your above average height has nothing to do with it. A 5’11 man appears to be 6 feet to even the most shallow American woman. Now you’ve gone down red pill black pill, which has made you even more creepy to them. These comments you make seem incredibly delusional.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 02:02 PM
2

The chances that the 6’11 man is also handsome is almost 0%. There are like 4-5 guys like this on each continent, and half of them are plagued with health problems. Look up stats on height. I honestly think you suffer from severely delusional thoughts.
/r/ExRedPill20/04/22 01:59 PM

That is not true . Maybe 5’10. Your excuses are wild. Btw, CDC says average 20 year old American male height is 5’9.

Maybe you don’t want sex because your testosterone levels are way too low. Ever consider this? If you don’t want it, you’ll never get it. If you want it, you can make it. It’s that simple. It may take you until 40 to peak, but you can transform. It’s your choice.

I’m not pro or anti RedPill. This group tends to take Anti Red Pill to the extreme of the Red pill fanatics and neither deal in reality. Both are operating mainly with tons of emotional baggage guiding their view. I was being given shit the other day for traveling to South America and dating women while I lived there the other day. I’m really not sure. I know that’s RedPill 101 Logic, and I’m not 100% anti or pro RedPill, because life is more complicated, but I think it does depend on the woman. Some women flower in their 20s, while others literally peak at 20. Some women get into the gym at 25, or have work done and are knockouts at 30 compared to their 19 year old self. The downside to dating a woman in her early 20s is she has no idea what she wants, no idea what pleases her sexually, and no idea who she is. This isn’t …

At 31, 22 is ideal. At 36, that 22 year old would have to be very unusual. Late 20s women feel right to me. Yes, I match with girls on tinder in college. I don’t bother. It’s not what I’m aiming for anymore. The OP posted that he’s basically done for and I was trying to tell him that’s ridiculous. A man can improve at any age really before 50

Late 20s and early 30? I don’t want to date a woman that’s 18. 26-32 is ideal range. I don’t think there’s anything wrong w that. We are not talking, barren, middle aged women here.

😂 I’m not an ESL teacher, never have been. Y’all are just jealous of the South American women. Let it be. We all know they’re that good and it’s only natural for men to seek that out. Also- why are you against people being happy? This is consensual. Just a bunch of insecure, bitter women. If women find love abroad, I celebrate it. I find all of these comments very amusing. They are very resentful, very controlling and very puritanical. Shocked that they’re all coming from A certain segment of women! Look, I remember when I was in Turkey and I kept noticing a lot of Western women staying there. I wondered why. Then I realized these Western women (my friends) always had Turkish boyfriends. I was definitely not looking for or expecting a fight and I definitely don’t consider myself any sort of victim. I think that’s the point here- people taking steps to better their lives to be happy. Life is short- embrace what is good for you, so long as you don’t hurt others. Consensual relations between Western men and other women can have great benefits to all sides. Sure, but you’re talking a lot about a subject you may not fully understand. But you’re going to stand there and denounce every man who found love internationally as a sex tourist lol. So men should only date within their own country? Within their own people? See how silly that sounds? I’ve found the only people who denounce this to be Western women who are threatened or annoyed by these other women. I understand you’re not threatened by them, but you might have a prejudice here. You’re certainly entitled to that opinion. But I wonder if your accusations aren’t just projections. How hard are you working it at the gym every day? How much time do you put in your beauty? Do you look like the average woman from Medellin or Rio? That reality might be informing your prejudice. And most of this stuff is within our grasp. But self improvement is tough. Better to scream about the evil sex tourists.

in certain countries, there is a ghastly disparity between attractive women and men. Generally, the women are looking for a better partner- financially stable, physically healthy, educated. There is a shorter supply of these men in their home countries often. So, they are attracted to foreign men with these qualities. Very often they marry them, have their babies, and live with them until they die. Many prefer to stay in their home country. It’s not quite as black and white as you’re suggesting.…

I don’t think you understand the differences between the sexes on fertility. Women have a limited amount of eggs and more are gone by 40. So long as a man has a testicle, he can produce sperm that can become offspring. At 40, 60, 90. Men are currently experiencing low t and low fertility like never before- but that’s due to pollution in the water and food supply. If a man with two testes is found to be low in fertility, there are clinics with very high success rates after a few rounds of medicat…

I’m definitely not redpill either, but this sub can go delusional in the other direction. 3 years age difference? Are you kidding? Attractive 22 year old women didn’t show interest in me until I was 29-30. Most millennial guys were barely mobile by 21. I think a 6-10 year age gap is pretty natural, going back centuries. It certainly feels very natural to me.

1985 is the year of my birth. And no. None of these girls seem remotely creeped out. That’s what I’m trying to get across. It’s very natural for some of us. It really depends. Does the man keep him looking in great shape past 35? He can attract women in their mid and early 20s, without money. The issue is most men let themselves go. They give up after 32-35 and get fat and look old. Women are the most attractive at 20-22. Men are children still at that point and don’t even fill out physically until about 30.

Work on it. And work on those other traits she mentioned. Shes a cute blonde with a great rack, and here she’s telling me she’d prefer an ugly dude whose interesting, confident and offers something different over a handsome man with no personality. Just went on a date w an attractive woman and she was complaining about guys w poor social skills. “There are things other than just pure looks we women find attractive. Sense of humor, personality, charisma, confidence.” She was also complaining about the more attractive guys with none of these traits, as she found a less physically attractive man with these traits preferable. You’d be surprised how far these traits will take you. Not with every woman, but with enough to make you happy.

Who cares? Having a muscular, athletic body from the gym signals peak physical genetics (and resources) to females. Having large breasts hips, ass and lips signals it to us.
