No it doesn't. Just because ugly women show attraction, that doesn't mean you are also ugly. Ugly men get NO attention at all. Ugly women and attractive women both know who are attractive men and who are ugly men. Their minds aren't different just because their physical looks are not as attractive. I'd take that as somewhat a compliment, tho of course not as great as an attractive chick showing interest also.
