True, it usually begins there. If that doesn’t work (and by itself, it most often obviously does not), the young man is told to shower. If he does shower regularly, which is not as unusual as you might believe, he is told to follow rules number 1 and 2. That and/or to lower his standards. Which brings us back to OP’s point.

Lmao women are not blamed for anything here. Latin American societies are not what you think they are (not anymore, at least). Unless she lives in a backward village in the middle of nowhere, a woman can get away with anything here nowadays, even in supposedly conservative Latin countries.

It’s always quite funny to find people who are not arguing in good faith.

Acting all aloof is not the winning move you think it is. And there's no reason to take you seriously anymore, you might contradict yourself (or lie) again.

Curious. https://preview.redd.it/vv7nrwfnmo7g1.png?width=696&format=png&auto=webp&s=e7c781dfa5ecdb5d85e21f55e5c5347abffd7519

Then are they reasonable or low? You have claimed both things.

If they are reasonable, then they are not low.

The average women’s standards are not low lmao

They are low, but it’s also because the average woman’s standards go considerably above the average man.

I agree that men should not have zero standards, but they will never be as high as women's standards are. The average man is simply not as desired as the average woman.

Not in dating, at least. Any wrong combination of words spoken by a man could easily make a woman lose interest in him. This does not happen to women.

There’s simply no way women have to be careful with their words at the extent men have to be when dating. It’s not even an issue.

Coming from someone who is totally not bitter, at all.

Fiscal conservartism does not necessarily imply support for foreign interventions.

I’m not going to argue OP’s points for him. I’m merely pointing that the only one who wrote about “abuse” and “destruction of mental health” was you, deforming his argument to make yours look better.

I did. It sounds much more like “damn, women don’t really care that much about mental health” instead of “women are abusing me and ruining my mental health”. Did you read the title?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/25 07:37 PM

No lmao Again, at no point did the OP said anything about mental health being ruined. You are distorting his words in order to advance your point.

Which is funny because no one at all mentioned “abuse” before her comment. A wild distortion of OP’s words in order to defend her point.

The "for sale" sign exists, and yet, thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands (...zzz) of houses do not feel a need for it. Interesting.

At no point did I claim that thousands upon thousands upon thousands (...) of homes have a "not for sale" sign. I merely pointed out that the sign exists and it is by no means something unprecedented. If you are going to claim that such words are a reiteration of your point, then there's simply no hope with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 07:07 PM

Probably because no one asked. If the house does have the sign, I would assume it's because inquiries about its sale are both frequent and unwanted. This is in no way a reiteration of your point.

Sure, just like you can also see thousands upon thousands of homes without a “for sale” sign on them. Everyday. Therefore, no one uses that sign, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/25 01:59 PM

Pretty sure I’ve seen them on a lot of houses, like I said. I think that’s obvious, since if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have made the comment. But maybe your experience is the only real one, sure.

I don’t know, but I suppose some people simply assume that a house is potentially for sale unless it has a sign announcing it is not. Otherwise I wouldn’t understand why I have seen so many of those signs.

Unrelated to the sub but…they do, actually? Have you never seen a “not for sale” sign?
