1	Get rid of the idea that you will get your revenge when you are in your late 30s or 40s. You will be in for a disappointment. That makes sense. However you might not want to stretch before working out as it can lead to more injury. The way i get warmed up is to do accessory lifts that will warm up that particular muscle that I am gonna work out. For example if Im about to do squats, i will do hamstring curls before. I use a dumbbell while laying on my belly on the floor.
