Illegally recording in a two-party-consent state can have the evidence ruled inadmissible in criminal proceedings. Maybe so. But even if the recording technically cannot be used in court, you could always just blast it onto social media anyway. I'm not sure how someone is supposed to prosecute you when you have proof of your innocence, no matter how inadmissible it is.

Sure. But without knowing the exact numbers, the safe assumption is that there are an equal number of gay/bi women as there are men. Society does, I admit, pressure more women into being gay/bi than it does men. But the difference is likely not large enough to account for the huge gap we're seeing in these numbers. If it is a contributing factor, then it must be small.

The disparity between young men and women is too high for that to be an alternative factor. It would certainly be a contributing factor though - this isn't an either or situation, it is definitely both. That said, younger women dating older men (more mature and successful) will drive up the number of involuntarily celibate men.
