I think it comes as not admissible in court or something plus maybe a video without consent charge depending on where you are. Edit: I do not know verbatim of regulations with this. I would rather have the signs plus warnings on doors to my bedroom to cover my own ass anyway. I'm sure if you showed that HD video with sound to the prosecution / present it as evidence then they would drop charges but would possibly pursue video related charges.
