1	Effects of hormonal birth control on SMV, desire, ect. This isnt correct. Birth control prevents ovulation (the egg from being released from the ovary), by inhibit the body's natural cyclical hormones to prevent pregnancy. Inhibiting the hormones effects all of the phases of the cycle (besides the shedding of the endometrium aka bleeding) has to effect things to a large degree in regards to the attraction of AF and BB like Rollo explains.
