This exactly thing happen, when I went on diet, lost 20 kg and my fat ass friend only talks to me that I lost too much in too little time, might get bladder stones and he say that when I will stop officially being on diet I will go back like 40 kg, because apparently being on diet is not healthy. He tried being on diet many times, longest which remain like 3 days. EDIT: I'm still on diet, looking to lose 10 kg more.
