Thanks for this - I've just moved to a new town and know pretty much nobody here. Went out solo for the first time last weekend after a fellow redditor bailed on meeting up with me. I was surprised by how comfortable with it I was after the initial 15-20 mins but I didn't really get talking to anyone that night. You've given me some good inspiration for next weekend though, so cheers OP!

The Questions Game is fucking awesome. Works great on first dates too. I'm fairly new to the PUA scene so I've only started using some of the techniques and I find the really canned routines don't work well for me because they don't feel natural - the questions game does. I met a cute Canadian girl on a particularly long bus journey while I was backpacking and we started playing the Questions Game (or Random Questions) as I call it. I'm fairly new to the PUA game, but these all just seem like the typical ass kissing lines that beautiful women hear all the time from random guys who just walk up and say "You're gorgeous". Makes it super obvious and seems pretty easy to shut down with a simple "thanks" and a turn around. Maybe it's what comes after these openers that lets you get away with it, but I don't see how. Care to inform the uninitiated?

Yeah, that's fine if they actually are tired from work or whatever, but unless you know they are then it's risky, because if they've had a full night's sleep and are just walking around town (as was the case in my situation), it doesn't go over well.

I learned never to tease a girl about looking tired. I was doing pretty well until I teased her about that - I knew she was meant to have been out on the town the night before, as I had, so I was looking to build some rapport and start up a conversation about her night. She didn't end up going out the night before, and actually went to bed early, so I basically said she looked like crap, indirectly. So yeah, that didn't go over well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
