| 1 | Should I stop paying extra child support?Ohio law says you only have to pay after 18 if they are still enrolled in high school, but stops completely at 19. You have to notify the state that he is over 19 though. Is he in college? Does he have a job? Is he trying to do something with his life? I would say that providing he is doing what he needs to for himself, if you want to continue to help out your adult son, you can either give him money directly. Or give him a credit card that you can monitor for it's use. | /r/MensRights | 23/01/20 07:26 PM |
