so I'm confused, as I probably have this problem too, but when she said 'you're such a pussy...etc" referring to your story about how a girl just rans back to her ex or cuts off contact with you, how do you react to this in a non-pussy way? I mean it seems like there isn't much of an option on your part. Any ideas?

talk about things that are fun or amuse you. make everything into a joke. have a conversation about something you both know is obviously not true. Some post i read a while back said that whenever this guy was asked ' what do you do?' he would come up with a crazy answer like 'Im a spy for NASA.' And then proceed to talk about that. basically talk about things that amuse you and then you will likely end up amusing her and then having a non-boring conversation.

i will add do not hesitate to open. 3 second rule is important for more than just overthinking things and losing your nerve. sometimes the girl just leaves. I had the perfect opportunity to open a cute girl sitting by herself in the cafeteria today. but i sat around for a while working up my confidence and just as i was about to do it she left. fuck me right. but just planning on approaching is a step for me and ill be sure not to bitch out next time. lesson learned.

I wouldn't do this too much though. Last thing you want to do is become dependent on something. The whole goal of practicing going out is to build your own confidence and then you won't need anything else.

I don't have really have an answer for you, but in my experience with OKC a lot of people are very flaky. They'll be all enthusiastic one minute then completely ignore you the next. Online dating seems to be a different game.
