Nah see the best part about starting to lift is that you make about 60-70% of your gains in your first year if you train and bulk correctly.

I have deep acne scarring on my cheek. Very noticeable. I lifted hard for 4 years. Have zero problems, no one has ever mentioned it. They used to before I started lifting. I used to think about the scar a lot. Now I never do. Lifting does wonders for the mind and body.

Fauuuurk that sounds like a blast. I’m not on that level but I do know how to get loose. How does one get into dancing? Like what type is best do you feel?

Dance game changed the club for me. I used to suck at club game but it really is nonverbal, dance, get the room lit, they will come to you. Then dance with a girl for awhile and go talk off the dance floor. Another is talking to girls by the smoking area where there’s no music.

You need a proper program and the diet to back it up in order to never stall on lifts. What’s your program? Tbh, 3 -4 times a week is perfect. There are studies saying 3 is the most effective for natural lifters.

First year is the best. You will make 70% of your gains in the first year if you do everything perfect and are very consistent. Nsuns or stringlifts 5x5 for your first year.

Life changing. And I have a baby face so it helped a lot in terms of my masculinity. I think focusing on aesthetics is the way to go. Do nsuns or stringlifts 5x5 for your first year.

yes bro you can change personality. especially being 17. that is when i started my redpill journey and i am vastly different 5 years later. do not stop buddy its a slower process for some, especially if you have a pussy for a father. lift heavy, eat healthy, read 48 laws of power, meditate, keep your house clean. start with these.

How to win friends and influence people, no more mr nice guy, 48 laws of power. For lifting, alphadestiny put me on the right track. He might be controversial, idk his program gave me a dope physique. Listen to jordan Petersons lectures on YouTube they are life changing for the right person.

I was 130 pounds at 6 foot. Acne, justin beiber hair, shy, nerd. I was 17. Lifted hard af for a year and gained 30 pounds and I was shredded. Cut my hair, changed my diet, got rid the of the acne by doing so. Read trp like crazy. Listened to jordan Peterson like crazy. Before you know it girls were looking at me way differently. Trp theories started showing themselves right before my eyes. Now, I’m 190 pounds, make great money, etc. lifting weights is the foundation of my success.

I lifted initially to lose my virginity. It works bro. Keep at it. After you do, lift for yourself.

I did accutane and it made me break out so hard. Huge cyst on my cheek the surface area was the size of a golf ball. It had multiple exits of blood and puss. After 6 months I rarely would get zits. Now after a year and a half I get a zit once a month. I still have scarring. I would do accutane after every single other thing has been tried properly.

Cool post thank you. Reminds me of something my gay professionalism teacher would say, who was alpha as fuck. That dude gave me some of the best advice to this day.

I peacock with plain white shirt tucked into gray sweatpants at the bars. I'm looking like some kinda jersey boxing trainer but fuck it my arms poppin out that shirt and the bulge doesent lie in sweatpants

Straining, going too heavy, not staying tight, not stretching. If you feel any pain day after just stop. Also not using full range of motion
/r/TheRedPill24/04/18 05:27 PM
4

Best and safest way is to start with 5 pounds and place on forehead. Then hang neck off of a bench and curl with your tongue smashed on the roof of your mouth. I started doing them because of alphadestiny and I highly recommend him over the other fitness youtubers. He has TONS of info on his YouTube channel. Not sure about technique videos but the key is light weight and moving slowly. Not too difficult of a movement but it can be done wrong.

Using correct form and mind muscle connection while doing neck curls. Stretching the neck before hand correctly. It's helped me with my posture and definitely adds to my physique as I have an insanely long neck and it was pencil status. Not so much anymore and it helps keep my head up and shoulders back.
/r/TheRedPill22/04/18 08:47 AM

I've noticed a considerable amount of relief since I started keeping my shoulders back and strengthening my posterior chain. Before that I was slouched over with bad neck pain. So what point are you trying to make
/r/TheRedPill20/04/18 05:26 AM
16

Correct but neck training directly helps posture. Bad posture is a very common cause of injuries and tightness.

If you train neck correctly it actually can prevent injuries

Yeah you gotta walk the line between "it's nothing" and "I'm a fucking machine" Best thing I learned when girls compliment about accomplishments is to say less than more.
/r/TheRedPill01/04/18 08:29 PM

You're correct. That comment was mostly tongue in cheek. I'm not for fighting for the sole reason that when someone gets knocked out, you have to trust the other person won't give them brain damage from lack of self control.
