50	“Accidental” Exactly, the media doesn't want to villainize a 12 year old girl, especially being a minority in downtown LA. They can call it an accident all they want but their "witness" is lying and those victims will pay the price. 109	“Accidental” They claim that the gun was in her bag (the gun that she shouldn't have had anyway) and that it fired when she threw her bag down. That means something would have to lodge itself in the trigger guard, the safety would have to be off, and have impeccable luck in hitting 2 students without even being aimed.
