You're absolutely right, and I am neither American nor live in America. I sought to communicate this when I wrote about OPs potential criticism towards healthcare rather than the law which allows this to happen. In my statement about ethics, I was attempting to disprove that they are corporate shills.

Honestly, OP did not handle the conversation very well. Be a representative, converse instead of argue. The other guy seemed to handle it well in the beginning. Also, doctors are not corporate shills. Ethics is very large chunk of medical school. It seems your frustration is directed at doctors instead of the law which enables parents to agree/disagree to medical decisions.

As much as people here would like to think you're wrong, you're very right. As trivial as it is to say "toxic masculinity" it's equally easy to say "toxic femininity" about the general consensus, being men thinking this behaviour from women is normal.

Yep because that line rendered the whole source (for me) too unreliable to cite/quote. Plus, article != Study. An article is a « narration » of a study meaning it's how the writer interpreted the scientific data

The uncontrolled gender pay gap, which takes the ratio of median earnings of all women to all men, decreased by $0.05 since 2015. However, women still make only $0.79 for every dollar men make in 2019. This line makes the source unreliable. When people mean paygap, we're looking for the same work, hours, education, etc and that is impossible to measure because there are too many factors.
