Because men dont want to invest in a child that isnt their own, which constrains the options a woman has. A woman known to be sleeping with multiple men, loses all of them as options for provision in most cases. However youre right about the benefits of many providers, hence community seems to naturally develop between humans.

Unfortunately women are the only ones who are susceptible to the 'looks-pill'; in that, if a woman is physically unattractive, almost nothing can redeem her to a man. The same in reverse is not true, and is honestly a sad incel excuse to never become a better person.

Nah. Female attraction is definitely different. I favor an evolutionary approach to understanding sexual dynamics. Women in a 'natural state' would presumably be looking for a man which is primarily A. dependable; B. strong; C. strong willed: being that these characteristics are ideal for when a woman is vulnerable in the state of pregnancy. Genetics play a secondary role. Whereas a man would have essentially the reverse. Men want a woman who will be able to carry a baby to term, and survive the…

Its a give and take. Chastity is actually an important value for women because it forces them to be more mate selective, which in turns forces men to up their game. The same is true in reverse for men. Men valuing a low number of mates that a woman has had is demonized as 'slut shaming' and a double-standard. These values in relation to eachother ensure that on both ends, women and men maintain standards for themselves that produce favorable outcomes.
