A few things I do... Make sure the bedroom is spotless 30 minutes on exercise bike I have at home Make sure room is absolutely dark. No blinking lights, light through the windows etc. Lie on my back. When you sleep on your stomach you naturally turn your head sideways, and your neck gets tired/sore after a while. No caffeine or sugar after 6 Go to bed at the same time every night

You said it yourself, you are overthinking it. Go out, get laid a few times and see if your feelings have changed.

You build confidence based on past successes, and an easy way to get successes under your belt is with 'baby steps'. So yeah, go for it. Date a few HB5's before you upgrade, if taking it slow is more your style. Not everyone enjoys jumping into the deep end.

I honestly think that the reason why some short guys do not get taller girls is because some short guys is so insecure about it, and the insecurity shows. I see chicks taller than their guys all the time.

Depends on what reputation you actually want I guess? Let us say you want the reputation as someone who fights for men's rights (like a certain person who recently was banned from AUS). He knew exactly what kind of backlash to expect when he got into the topic of legalizing certain kinds of rape. His reputation suffered amongs feminazis and their beta boys. However the controversy surely had the intended effect of more publicity and more money because of the extra publicity, and certainly increa…

Depends. Will I lose something (respect or status) if I walk away? Everything has a price, so ask yourself, what the price be if you walk away and what would the price be if confront? If you confronted the guy the price might have been spending hours at the police station explaining that he was the aggressor. The price could also be growing as a man (standing up for yourself). Weigh the pro's and the con's.

How would you know if she expects you to do it? If she tells you that she expects you to do it, she is actually asking you isn't she? Once she asks then just ask I suppose. I have never actually asked someone to be my girlfriend so I am totally unsure about the social dynamics involved.

Do not focus on her boyfriend at all during the seduction. You do not want to remind her about him all the time. Some chicks are easy to get to cheat, others take time. For a longer seduction continually prove your value. Make her laugh. Flirt. Kino. Invite her for coffee during lunch. Eventually slowly start getting her into the habit of lying to her BF about what she is doing. The moment she first lies to him she has already made the decision to cheat.

Other people might consider your life boring, but many women will find it attractive that you have a mission and actually working at making it happen. Does not mean you have to be boring in social situations though.

All of us has to choose our own moral values. I realize this might be a huge contradiction coming from a DT who generally does not concern myself with the morality of a situation. However I still have a code, and while I jump at the chance at sleeping with a married woman/girlfriend my code prohibits me from sleeping with someone who is involved with a friend/family member/client. Remember: Don't shit where you eat also means the females of friends/family/co-workers/clients

As the other guy said, the book is about manipulation and influence. No-one is forcing you to use it. Honestly, all the rules can be considering 'compromising your character' if you really think about it.
/r/TheRedPill04/02/16 06:15 AM

The 48 laws, including this one, has nothing to do with being BP or RP per se. It is a tool to play the game, to manipulate and influence results in your favor. It is a tool. Think of it as a tool. Use it as a tool. I am in a group of chicks. They spout feminist bullshit. I want to get laid. Do I call them on their bullshit? Or do I say BP shit while acting in a subtle RP manner? TRP is about sexual strategy, and Think as you like but behave like others is a very valid, very effective strategy

She should never be 100% sure she is the only possible source of pussy. The point of game is for her to know that you can get other pussy whenever you want, but you CHOOSE not to because reasons. Edit: That is why the best most passionate sex you will ever have in your relationship/marriage is when other woman hits on you. It motivates her to fuck your brains out so you show you her value. Like it or not, but both man and woman has to constantly prove their value to their partners.
/r/TheRedPill04/02/16 06:05 AM

Yes, there is always a push pull effect in a relationship. In TRP terms it means who has the power in the relationship? Who needs the other the most? Who is able to walk away the easiest? Naturally it will shift all the time, but if you look closely at it, it all comes down to who has the power at the time.

Being a Jerk is a valid strategy of showing your value to females, as this guy has proven. That does not however mean you must also be a Jerk. It is just one of many strategies. Look into Stoicism if you are looking for an alternative. It does not have the immediate payoff that being an asshole does, but in the long run it can be more effective especially in a setting where the females has a chance to notice it. The thing is that different situations calls for different strategies. At the workpl…

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you are running a con. However if you really are running a con, at least do it right. If you are not running a con, what are you trying to do? Get sympathy? Hope people feel sorry for you? You are not a girl. You are not going to get millions of SJW beta boys throwing money at you. Get up, dust yourself off. Do it again. It is just shit, and is damn easy to replace with a little commitment.

There are SJW lawyers out there that would take the case regardless. Do not put your money into another account. Hide it in a safety deposit box or something. Yes there is risk, but it is almost guaranteed that you will lose it in your account. Do everything over a period of 6 months or longer unless you want it to be obvious what you are doing. I would not move out right away actually. If you go broke suddenly and then move out it will be obvious to the courts that he was doing it. I would say do what you suggest, but stay there for 6 months or so until the mom either leaves because his dad is broke, or he leaves having secured his money in a safety deposit box and enough time has passed to make it less obvious what he was doing.

Personal responsibility is the reason why I say it is never your fault if your partner cheats. She might have had 100's valid and totally legit reasons to fuck around, but in the end she made the decision to cheat. That does not mean that there isn't certain steps you can take to remove the possiblity, and that is where RP comes in.

1, It is never your fault of a chick cheats. It was her decision, her choice. You didn't ask her to do it, you did not lock her in a room and told her she can only come out once she has fucked the guy. How the fuck can you get married when there is no trust. If she cheated once, she can and will cheat again. Especially because she now knows she will get away with it.

When I divorced at age 33, I thought it was too late for me at first. 6 months later I was seeing on average 5-8 new women per week with ages ranging from 24 - 30. Believe it or not, but it actually becomes easier because in general your SMV goes higher the older you get (money, status, power etc.). At age 40+ now and single again. It is even easier than I remembered.

I have never really understood what TRP's obsession was with n-count. I personally have never asked a chick how many guys she has had sex with. I really just do not care about it at all. However if it was me I would have dropped her in a second because of the lie. I do not lie to my women, and I fully expect them to not lie to me.

I reject sex all the time. Sex is great and I love it, but I will not let myself be manipulated through my dick. If there is any hint that sex has become 'maintenance' or the first hint of the starfish appears then I am done. I am not that desperate for sex.

When I get a chance later I will explain what I did to get out of my marriage. However you know your wife better than anyone. What is the things that trigger her? Loss of status? Loss of income? Then slowly undermine it until she has no choice but to act, and be ready to document it. Get dirt, and do not be afraid to use it.

Cheating does not always have to include sex. If you are doing something with another person that you know would upset your partner, it is cheating. Dude, I am sorry to say this, but she is trying to tell you it is over. She is trying to manipulate you into leaving her (probably so she could play the victim card to her family/friend/potential boyfriends). Go see a lawyer, divorce her and move on with your life. As someone who has been diagnosed as scoring high in the 3 DT disorders, I can understand what you are saying. Acting DT is a great thing for people who inst, because they can fake and copy the characteristics that is good, and ignore the ones that are bad. I read an article once that claimed that due to our changing circumstances (evolution) the average height is decreasing all the time. As there is no more need for the taller man, its biologically superior to be shorter (energy use I seem to remember). Anyways, being tall isn't as great as you seem to think it is. Like another poster said: You can't. It is biologically hardwired, its instinct. They are not even aware they are doing it. The only way you can make sure it doesn't happen to you is to increase your value to such an extent that the only guys she can 'swing' to, is way out of her league.

I do not think this can be taught over text, but there is a few things you can do that is simple enough. The point is to win. Not to be honorable. End it as fast as you can. I can't see how dread is going to help here. You owned up (I assume you never told her that you weren't exclusive), you apologized. Nothing more that you can do, other than going beta (which it would appear you are already doing). That is just insecurity speaking. I do not have a big dick and I have never had a problem.
