I guess if I had a goal for tonight it would be to approach half a dozen women I find attractive, try to close each one, make out with a few of them and if I feel a strong enough connection invite them back to my place. I feel like the night would be a success if I did all those things even if I got shot down every time because I know eventually I'll meet the one woman who I do make a connection with and it will be worth all this awkwardness I've been enduring from being out of the game for so l…

Work till 12:30 a.m. last night and didn't make it to the bars but tonight I'm going to go out and try not to make a fool out of myself, LOL

Hoping to experience this tonight when I go out but haven't had that feeling so much lately, probably because I can only go out about once a week since I work nights and get off about 1 a.m.

I started going out more frequently in the last few months after having not really gone out a lot in years and I just kind of started sitting at the bar next to people and just starting conversations. I need to focus more on actively seeking attractive women and approaching them but you know step-by-step buddy, just get out of the house try to feel good about yourself and see where the night takes you and as long as you're putting some sort of energy towards talking to people you find interestin…

You should probably just talk to her about it and see what's on her mind, if she's not even comfortable talking to you about what she wants then perhaps you can find someone else who's better at communicating

Is it a mistake that I'm not super concerned with finding a wingman? I tend to find the guys that really have game will pick up girls no matter who's around and guys that don't really have game what kind of make things awkward for you so I'm not really sure where that perfect balance in a wingman is but I'm not sure I've witnessed it that frequently

I'll keep this in mind when I go out to the bar tonight, it's usually the most awkward for me in the first few minutes talking to a girl but once she kind of opens up and becomes a little more comfortable around me it's not so painful. But I always get the sense in that first few minutes they're kind of looking at me like you better fucken prove your worth my time buddy and meanwhile I'm like Hi how are you, LOL

Finding a match in a partner is a multi faceted thing. While there are things you could try to encourage her to be more passionate, at the end of the day you just might not be a match for each other. Perhaps others can share more useful insights...

Oh well if he seeing someone yeah I kind of get that. I know gender stereotypes say that guys should always be approaching women but I really don't think it's going to ruin your social life if you start approaching men that you find interesting in Life, or at least when you go out trying to sort of give obvious signals to guys that you think you're cute like making eye contact a couple times are smiling. No matter how nervous you are during a conversation the bottom line is most people aren't go…

Why can't you just ask him out on a date? Is it because of gender stereotypes?

Sometime confidence it's more about being comfortable with who you are in the moment. If you're working on bettering yourself in your life is basically not a wreck there's no reason not to feel good about moving in the right direction, you might be one of those people it's kind of hard on themselves and always wishing they had more in life, more money better job more friends and our kind of constantly unhappy with their current situation even though it's not that bad. Everything in life includin…

in my own life I found that following my goals and dreams helps me achieve happiness and confidence. I went back to school and got a better job. In my case specifically I finished a degree that I had started and failed about 20 years ago so it's kind of huge for me

I feel your pain brother as going out and cold approaching women isn't always the most enjoyable thing for me even though we all feel like the result will be enjoyable, but of course you don't just to have to meet people out at night at the bars. A lot of people here talk about improving your game during the day at malls stores walking around your local downtown wherever really. You can also try volunteering and checking out some stuff on volunteermatch.org as well as meetup.com for more group t…

Of course I get that just because a girl sleeps over doesn't mean she owes you anything and two people never owe each other anything physically, and yes if it's just happening once in awhile it's not a big deal but if a girl I was seeing regularly wanted to just sleep over at my place and not have intercourse I would probably look for someone else it was a little more sex-positive but that's just based on me personally. Some people don't mind being with someone who only wants to have sex a coupl…

If a guy is into you he's not going to ignore you forever and he's not going to ignore every message that you send him. Don't you want to be with someone that really wants to be with you and pay attention to you?
/r/seduction05/07/19 02:37 PM

Yeah but you can be around someone during the day, when you're dating someone and you're not boyfriend and girlfriend just having a platonic sleepover is a bit weird in my opinion

/r/seduction04/07/19 04:27 PM

I like that you're asking the friend about the girl you like because the friend is likely to be more honest in the girl might lie as a s*** test, LOL
/r/seduction03/07/19 07:35 PM

It takes a lot of confidence to approach a group of women so yes asking her out in front of her friends is a good idea because bottom line you want to be direct and not embarrassed to do something that's perfectly natural, seeking romantic (or physical) relations with other individuals
/r/seduction03/07/19 07:33 PM

Like others have said the first thing you say to her perhaps is not as important as your overall image and how you carry yourself during the conversation. Even if you told every girl you met hey I saw you over here and I just wanted to come say hi, that would be innocuous enough that it shouldn't get you shot down too quickly unless the girl just wasn't interested in you at all but in that case no matter what you say really doesn't matter

Yeah video games and watching TV unless you're getting paid for it somehow are definitely not worthwhile life Endeavors in my opinion and like I said when I started to think about life is the ultimate game I realized that I was leveling up digitally much more than physically and that got me bummed out enough to get my s*** together, get a master's degree and get a job at a good company, it's not a great job but it's a good company and I'm working on it, foot in the door and all that s***

Learn from your mistakes but don't beat yourself up so much that you stop gaming, I'm the type of person that's pretty hard on myself too and I had to realize that it was stopping me from achieving what I wanted to in life

I agree with everything you said except that I don't think of hobby necessarily has to be something that helps you connect with other people, like some of my hobbies are windsurfing riding dual sport motorcycles and flying RC plane that's currently out of commission but none of them really get me out there meeting people as much as you might think. But the fact is they do get me out of the house and I enjoy the s*** out of each of them, so yes it's good to build social activity into part of your…

I stopped gaming so much and realize that life is the Ultimate Game worth winning and leveling up at. Also if you don't mind me asking are you using any narcotics frequently because they can mess with your brain to, cigarettes, alcohol, and others including prescription drugs will give you high highs and low lows

Ive begun embracing soloing bc i can do and go anywhere i want when i want. No one to convince to stay out later, go home early, get this type of food, hit up another bar, stay at this one. There are a lot of advantages if you're a little independent like I am. But yeah i know exactly what you're talking about.

Thanks for the Field Report man, every step forward is a step in the right direction. And and yes you always have to seize the moment with women because there's always another guy waiting to talk to her and sometimes they won't even wait they'll just come right up while you're talking to her.

I don't think your social life should be much of a turn off unless you're talking about getting a girlfriend or something and she's really dying to meet all your friends, women are attracted to you as you are in the moment, as far as I figured out and a little bit attracted to what you're about in your life, but like others have said on this post you can have no life and be a total loser and still kill it if you have game so yeah there you go

I don't disagree with this at all, I had a roommate who was decent at pulling girls and basically was broke with a terrible job and whose life was otherwise a mess but he could dance spoke French and had confidence and I guess that was enough for him he wasn't bad looking to do I suppose

The best way to not seem boring is to not be boring. Just as an example if all you did was work and go home and watch Netflix and do errands it wouldn't seem like you were a very interesting person, but if you have a couple Hobbies volunteer here and there meet up with your friends once in awhile etc etc then you'd seen more interesting. What specifically you're interested is really up to you, if you're super into role-playing games and flying kites that's just as fine as being into the gym and …

Just ask her if she'd like to go grab a coffee with you and talk about life, and if she doesn't drink coffee offer ice cream is a backup. It helps to have an idea of where you want to go so you can say something like I know this great little coffee house or I know this cute little ice cream place with really amazing ice cream, to get her excited not just how you want to meet at Starbucks

Thank you for your feedback, as far as the punctuation, I should certainly try a little harder to make comments easier to read. Regards to my language, yes I do use a few too many soft words that are unnecessary perhaps just because I was a little tipsy on my way home but being clear and concise with language does matter so appreciate your feedback on that. In regards to having a plan, you're right that getting out of the house is just the first step and I can see now based on the last few times…

Just wanted to give a little update to my evening, went to my local lounge and again met an interesting person ended up having some conversation about their kid and baseball and about their work and digital media for litigation stuff, anyways had fun had a couple beers, didn't meet any potential ladies but sometimes going out isn't always about that it's just about getting out of the house and being more comfortable in the night scene. Do what you got to do brother, my only advice is don't completely swear off interacting with the opposite sex because I kind of did that for a few years and just ended up older with no better skills than I started with, although I did improve myself got a master's degree and a good ish job working on a better ish job at this amazing company I'm at but really wish I focused more on my social life the last decade, oh well C'est La Vie no time like the present

Just want to add I think this subreddit is pretty freaking cool because going out and meeting new people isn't easy for everyone even when you're decent-looking and outgoing and basically have your life together it just kind of feels weird sometimes but bottom line is if you want a bigger Social Circle he got to get out of your bubble one way or the other

End of the night update So I started off planning on hitting up a few spots but turns out I met some people at the lounge that I was hanging out with, a a couple who are engaged and their friend, started off with the guy fiance offering to have a cigarette with me outside, started talking with him about the work that he was doing and I admitted that I sort of overheard the conversation what he was talking about and we started talking about that, money politics etcetera, then his fiance came outs…

Thanks for the words of encouragement, it's not so much the approach that I have trouble with, im willing to go talk to anybody, it's trying to have an original conversation and not seem overly boring or awkward, which im not usually in real life but i guess but i guess the bar scene has always felt a little weird to me. Anyways i suppose slow and steady wins the race and rome wasnt built in a day.

I completely understand, on that note how do you feel about befriending female co-workers to expand your Social Circle without the intention of developing romantic relations with the co-worker, too risky or good way to meet new people?
/r/seduction09/06/19 06:57 AM
1

You mean never hit on co-workers or don't do it until my cold approach game is at a respectable level because coworkers are easier to hit on then random girls at the bar.

I'll add to this post that I'm trying to convince myself to go out tonight, which is not something I've been doing a lot as of late aside from with co-workers during the week, especially considering I know my roommate is going to have company this evening which makes it all the more fun to be at home by myself. I kind of feel like I've spent the last few years convincing myself I don't enjoy going out which is sort of partially true but I suppose you have to push through challenges in life if yo…

That priority video is interesting, what he's talking about women being attracted to behavior overlooks I can definitely understand that, he also made good points about losing that momentum once you feel the attraction and making her the priority. God damn I'm f****** Rusty I got to get out more, tempted to go out tonight but ship just had a long f****** day of stressing about bulshit

Fr #3. Went to bar #3. Tried to talk to group of 3 girls. Failed. Saw two other groups of 2 girls each, have to be honest i do enjoy the challenge of two friends..bit my game is so rusty lol. Fr #2. Sat down next to random lady. Talked to her for like an hour, perhaps i mostly listened but it was still nice to connect w another human being . didnt ask for a number but she did mention the days she is usually at the the bar. My "pilgrimage" was worth it tonight just for that interaction, even tho i wasnt dying to close, conversation about life and work w strangers is oddly more enjoyable than i remember.

FR #1 first dive bar dead af and too bright. No one was even giving me approach anxiety lol. Older crowd, older than me even. Neighborhood feel, wd be surprised if it got "crazy" by 1.30am.. Did have outdoor smoking and drinking area which can be rare in cali. On to #2...the terror continues lol

Update. Going to go home, shower, clean up and go check out 3 dive bars in so cal area. Don't have a huge expectation as far as how many social interactions or anything like that but at least I got to get out of the f****** house and who knows maybe I'll catch the interest of someone that makes conversation less than painful. Question, I used to put on a button-up shirt when going out even to a dive bar but it seems like these days everyone is in sneakers a T-shirt and some kind of track jacket …
