Indian law is rarely decided by courts in India. It is illegal for courts here to give punishment more than what is written in the constitution. So they can't call the 'judges' sexist. Edit: I'm wrong. A law student corrected me here

Lol. Agreed. Although I look down on almost every religion (including Christianity), I still get irritated when the leftists just criticises the majority religion (in my country it's Hinduism) while ignoring religions like Islam.

My dog (f) loves my father the most and my mother 2nd most. However, when my father goes for office trips, she does not mind but she feels very bad when my mom goes to meet her parents.

Not really. Most aghoras are always naked (every Indian knows that), but he still wore a piece of cloth for them. Then also she mocked him for wearing a piece of cloth. Very unreasonable.

Please give citation for this one. I have read multiple times that apostasy brings death. As far as I know, apostasy is publishable by death in Sharia (Muslims only). Agreed that the law exempts people who need food from having their hands cut, but example some person decided to steal from an iPad from an Apple store, don't you think the punishment is to much? As I said, infidelity or adultery shouldn't be punished because cheating is not something worthy of a punishment. The husband should be a…

No. I'm all for men's right but abortion rights should stay with women. If a woman don't want the but the man wants, then the woman should be able to abort. It the man doesn't want the child but the woman wants, then the woman should be allowed to have the child but the man sounds be exempt from paying child support.

I don't go by the news. Anyway, I'm an Indian and so I have a lot of Muslim friends, so I don't have a bias against Muslims. Anyway, I have read the Sharia law and decided that it sucks. A lot of punishments are unreasonable. Leaving Islam brings death. Stealing once means hands cuts off. Also, infidelity is punished, which in my opinion is bs. Anyway, you're entitled to your opinions. TL;DR: The punishments are blown out of proportion as compared to the crimes.

Eh. You don't need the birth rates. America will never be short of people and it won't collapse for at least a 100 more years.

Actually it won't be the death of the west. Immigrants are actively filling space in America, so you guys don't need to care about your nation 'failing' as such.

You can't (and shouldn't) stop women from abortion. Why comment about it?
