If she aborted the fetus would she be aborting his penis? Stealing panties as a sex offense is also a stretch. But at least in the panties case it might be for sexual gratification where the pregnant woman case was about reproduction. In both cases there's no personal bodily harm.

Not entrapment. Wikipedia says: In criminal law, entrapment is conduct by a law enforcement agent inducing a person to commit an offense that the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit. Have to see if there is case precedence of anyone stealing genetic material before. What happens in sci-fi when someone steals your DNA and makes a clone of you? ;)

Reproductive rights. I don't know what you mean. He didn't have a choice about having this baby, so I don't think he should have to pay her child support and I think he should be compensated for his bodily fluid. Abortion also falls under reproductive rights. If a woman gets preganate from a rape, she is allowed to get an abortion because of her reproductive rights. She didn't have a choice. But the rapist gets charged/convicted for the act of raping her / assaulting her. Does he also get charge…

I agree it would be the same if the man took an egg from a woman. Not that it matters that much, but it was a fertilized egg: Fertilized egg was returned to Israel Medical Institute and was introduced into the woman's womb three months after the parties had been divorced. If you want to call this sex, the person combining the ovum and sperm in the test tube is the one performing the sex. Sexual offenses have to do with sex organs or sexual pleasure of the perpetrator.
