1	Getting calm without weed I read in some post this guy having a big wall of "inner-game" mantras which he would look at and meditate. I feel like that could work for you. Pick some mantras focusing on being calm and relaxed, and get to meditating! Edit: for me when I smoke, I can't stop talking, often too much, and start over thinking things. It would of been a chance to show off how "awesome and fun" you are with crazy poses and such. Then while she's taking pictures you drag one of her friends in too. Before you know it, them wanting to leave just turned into 30+ min of kino, comfort building, and attraction. By then you're in enough to not pass up the opportunity to get food and escalate.
