Ok, so now I'm curious as to why make a post like this if it's not just about the terminology? I feel like that's a common consideration for most people, but some people are blindsided by divorce. My question now is why are you bringing up this issue and where exactly do you stand on it?

I feel like you're trolling, but in case you're not: Rape in that context has nothing to do with sex or sexual consent. Your argument is essentially "we consent to have sex, so you consent to have a significant share of your assets taken away when your wife doesn't want to have sex anymore." And, legally, that may be the case, but that just shows that you're in favor of that logic/behavior and don't want that specific word associated with it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
