Women want emotional intensity, men want stability. The worst thing you can be as a guy is boring. Why do you think women initiate the vast majority of divorces? After the initial intensity of first starting a relationship/marriage fails, and you get comfortable, women feel unhappy. Men get comfortable, and content they're building a relationship. Women get restless, and need attention. They need to be desired. It's just not worth the investment, hence me going MGTOW. I'd rather focus on myself/…

What's legal isn't always right. The prisons are filled with innocent people who couldn't afford to have proper legal representation, or play the game. That's another topic though. This isn't right, this guy is obviously not a predator. He's a 19 year old who thought he was meeting a 17 year old. There's nothing wrong with that. The parents isn't the only factor, but it should partially apply. This guy thought he was meeting a 17 year old, she lied, and was really 15. Is there really a big diffe…

I don't think it's worth ruining someone's life over. He's not some hardcore child abuser. I don't think it's right for 19 year olds to sleep with 15 year olds, but it's not THAT big a difference. 19 year olds aren't the most mature people either. If the girl's parents think he doesn't deserve the punishment, then the matter should be settled. I highly doubt this guy is a predator because he slept with a girl he thought was 17, as a 19 year old. At worst, he should do community service. The prob…

There's different ways to do it. I wasn't really good at sports in school, and I was always picked last. It was always so humiliating/made you feel like shit. Later in school, I played football/got more fit, and then picked in the middle of class lol. But embarrassing someone isn't the best way to encourage improvement, especially for children. Picking people in class would be like making the kid who struggles to read, read in front of the class all the time. They can get extra help, or whatever…

I'm curious what these are 10 "make or break" factors are? Must be 6'+ Must have a Master's degree, or higher from a prestigious university Must make 6 figures Never married No kids Nonsmoker Age 34-36 Must have a passport/be well traveled Must live in nice part of city Must be fit/athletic I genuinely am curious. I'm trying to think like her/others like her, and I'm being ridiculously picky. I don't know what's real, and what's trolling anymore.

Good luck bringing that up to a woman. Hey, I think we should get a prenup. Can you call your lawyer, and look this over? Haha, see what happens.

I think this article has some good points, but misses a lot too. I grew up in a single parent household, probably lower middle class. My mom has been married a few times. So, seeing how marriage hasn't gone well for her growing up had an effect on me. She's married now to a good guy, but this was when I was an adult, so my views on marriage were already shaped pretty much. Anyways, seeing that made me not really care about marriage at best, be skeptical of it/distrust at worst. I'm not religious…

The top commenter's boyfriend is such a simp. Edit: Just ran this by my boyfriend who said - "Literally the only reason I can think of for being a dude being willing to go through a ceremony, have a family, and stay living together without a marriage is because he wants the option to cut and run with minimal hassle." He agrees if the bf in the story had an opposition to marriage as whole (a classist, patriarchal institution for example) it'd be different, but as it stands it strikes him as reall…

I knew a guy in high school that took his dad's car to school, and his car had a box of cigars in it (his dad's), and he got caught with them, and had to go to after school counseling, like a rehab thing

i only brought up dating advice, since the conversation headed that way, we can drop that subject. we've showed guys like the first might not get what women want. you're looking at things from a man's point of view. "i said hi, and she ignored me/was rude. why are women not compassionate towards men?". look at things from the woman's view now. here's what she is likely thinking: "this guy approached me, i was clearly disinterested/only gave short answers/closed off body language/didn't show inte…

And what is wrong with that? Plenty of people want sex, and there is nothing the matter with that according to most women, in fact they complain about slut shaming. nothing is wrong with that. i've had casual sex my share of times. it's not my ideal situation, but it happens. you just don't want to be the guy that goes right to how attracted you are. guys say that to women all the time. you want to stand out a little from them. So he is more dishonest and better at playing the game. And this is …

obviously that vid is satire, but there's some valid points. what does the first guy start off with? "i think you're beautiful." why say that as your opener? it's cliche, and offers nothing new. women hear men say that to them all the time, maybe even everyday. it puts pressure on them in their interaction with you, it probably makes them uncomfortable. commenting their looks first makes it look like you just want sex. it would be like going to a job interview, and asking about salary right off …
